In case you receive the Truthear - HEXA with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

It adopts the polyurethane suspension composite liquid crystal dome diaphragm and dual-cavity internal magnetic circuit dynamic driver of N52 magnet. Its hybrid driver configuration promises to deliver spectacular sonic performance.

Powerful Integration of 1DD + 3BA

The Truthear HEXA hosts one dynamic driver + three balanced armature drivers hybrid structure. A 10mm specialised dynamic driver is responsible for bass. The mature internal magnetic circuit has a flexible polyurethane suspension material and an LCP liquid crystal dome diaphragm. This design architecture allows the HEXA to reproduce the punchiest bass and meet the needs of accurate distribution. A composite full-frequency balanced armature driver is responsible for the mids, which matches the frequency band of the specialised dynamic driver. A custom-balanced armature driver, similar to the WBFK series, is responsible for the highs, which allows HEXA to reproduce a smooth, clean high-frequency performance through fine processing.

The Truthear Hexa is my new default recommendation at the sub-$100 price point. It is a nearly perfect purchase at its price, with my sole complaint being the relatively slow bass articulation.
This is a well tuned, excellent styled, and proper sound engineered package rather than slapping a bunch of BA’s firing into an open cavity and hoping they mix well concoction.

Surprisingly Fast Delivery and Great Sound Quality

This is my first IEM purchase.

I ordered Hexa 3 days back and was thinking it will atleast take 4 days to deliver but to my suprise it was delivered in 2 days to my location.
Package was received in good condition.

These Headphones are neutral sounding which is very much inline with my preference.
It was Comfortable to wear and stable fit.
Used the wide bore tips, Outstanding audio especially in female vocals and drums.

I recieved them 2 days ago .
1. The build quality and form factor is sheer art. I love the non flashy matt black colour.. The cables are sturdy.and durable.
2.I wanted to test it out before burn in (7 hrs) and ended up gulping a playlist of 10 ongs before realising it .
3. I m just a beginner in this hobby with salnotes 7hz zero and Tangzu Waner SG up my sleeves ,
3. It is not exactly screeching neutral , the clarity is of superior quality with a hint of neat sub bass . The vocals are clean and crisp , with clean non fatiguing trebble . Very comfortable and might put u to sleep ( in a good way).. hehe

Sounds correct, that's all

Sounds correct, that's all. Bass is controlled yet sufficient and punchy, midrange is full\warm\natural and even the treble is detailed yet non fatiguing. Pair this with an apple dongle and you would be listening to better audio than 95% of the people!(I am using the zonie cable as i broke the stock cable.)
