In case you receive the Tangzu x HBB - Xuan Nv with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

I recommend try other options

Coming straight to the point, if you are looking for good vocal clarity with a dead-flat sound signature, this IEM might be an option for you. However, it’s worth noting that it is indeed very flat—so much so that you might find listening to music less enjoyable. I experienced an issue within just 25 days of use: the left earpiece became noticeably quieter compared to the right. Although Headphones Zone repaired them, I'm uncertain why this repair was necessary, as it seems like a factory defect; a replacement might have been a better option. Regarding the sound quality, the dead-flat signature makes the bass seem very lackluster—almost as if it's just a series of dull thuds. Genres like acoustic, blues, and jazz work best with these IEMs, but overall, I am not satisfied with the product.

It's sad to hear about the issue you faced with the product and we'd like to clarify that upon inspection we realised that the left ear-piece was quieter and hence we replaced both the ear-pieces with new spare ear-pieces to resolve the issue.
