In case you receive the Moondrop - Aria2 with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. About sound quality.The Sub Bass on them hits deep but Mid Bass is slightly more pushed compared to Sub Bass.Overall the Bass quality on this are great.The mid section is interesting part, clean but Bass presence. Instruments on this section sounds detailed, crisps with a little touch of warmth. male vocal is amazing but female vocals might be a deal breaker.Treble section is sparkly.Overall the sound on this is relatively balanced but not neutral.

Moondrop Aria 2 is an all rounder, it has a good base and the trebles are so smooth (especially the violin). I listened to many genres using the IEM with FiiO KA13 with the 4.4 mm balanced jack and the base just elevated to a whole new level, even the vocals came out really good.
The IEM themselves are solidly built and of excellent quality, it is comfortable and doesn't give any fatigue even in long listening sessions.

Don't think just go for it

The sound is very pleasant and natural. Very much balanced output. Built quality is solid and feels premium. I didn't feel any fatigue over a long period.
