In case you receive the KZ - ZAR with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you
- The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein)

It’s awesome but price doesn’t justify the sound quality!

I had kz’s ZS10pro and it came for 3.5k and if I compare those with ZAR. I would say zar is more clearer and better sounding BUT the difference is not that much specially for the prize that they are coming in.
Go for kz zs10pro if you want value for money product. If you want only one good quality IEM and it’s going to be your first purchase and prize is not your big concern then definitely go for ZAR. They are great and sounds amazing on its own.

It's the best of KZ

First of all i would like to say, the whole purchase and delivery experience was awesome, again. Got the product in two days of placing the order. So, kudos to the whole Headphonezone team for their ongoing endeavour for perfection.
The ZAR has a very good soundstage with great bass, although I'm more of a treble kinda guy. Overall comfort is good with the provided silicone earplugs. The new cable is shorter than usual but it's really tangle-free and has a nice feel to it. I would definitely recommend it as a beginner to mid-range IEM which is absolutely worth every paisa.
