However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Great IEM for this price!

I had the opportunity to compare this with Variations which in itself is an outstanding IEM. I found Variations to be bright and amazing on technicalities.

Oriveti, its more fun in my opinion. The switch actually works and does not overwhelm when switched on. I do feel the cables could have been a bit better given this price.
