A Pre-order product is a product that we especially order for you from the brand. Once you place an order with us, we will order it from the brand for you.

There is a rough timeline on the product availability and once it has been confirmed with the brand, we will inform you.

3. Do you order the product from the brand as soon as I place the order?
We do not immediately order the product but add it in the upcoming order.

4. Will you be giving me updates?
Once we have ordered the product and have a confirmed timeline, we will give you an update.

5. I’d like to make changes to/cancel my order?
You can only cancel/make changes to your order until we place the order with the brand. Since the product is specifically being ordered for you, we will be unable to cancel/make changes once we order the product from the brand.

In case you receive the Astell&Kern - AK ZERO1 with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you
- The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein)

The team at Astell&Kern packed the AK ZERO1 with four drivers in a unique configuration to achieve the highest possible audio quality. Astell&Kern AK ZERO1 features a hybrid setup with 1 micro rectangular planar dynamic driver, 2 balanced armature drivers and 1 dynamic driver. This complex driver system sits in a well-crafted resin enclosure where each driver is carefully placed in the optimal 3D position, enclosed in specifically designed acoustic chambers manufactured with precise 3D printing technology. By implementing this, the team eliminated unnecessary movement and resonance of the drivers to ensure stable performance. The housing designed with Astell&Kern's unique advanced aluminium-refining technology keeps resonance to a minimum and creates the highest-quality sound.

NATURAL SOUND SIGNATURE WITH DEDICATED DRIVERS FOR FREQUENCY MANAGEMENT

Astell&Kern AK ZERO1 features a hybrid setup with a micro rectangular planar dynamic driver which is a specially developed driver with highly advanced technology that allows a planar driver to be applied to IEMs. To go along with this driver, the team adopted a sturdy and lightweight planar membrane to minimise frequency loss and applied a vibration panel that features a high-polymer film with thin metal to create crystal clear high frequencies. Two BA drivers are made using custom coil parameters and offer crystal-clear vocals with super-low distortion. The 5.6 mm Dynamic Driver has been created through a fully automated, error-free process, ensuring rich, controlled and deep low frequencies. The three frequency ranges are divided clear but with utmost precision offering a natural and life-like sound.

Astell&Kern AK ZERO1 focuses on combining the sounds of three unique driver technologies into one. Composed of a Micro Rectangular Planar Dynamic Driver, two BA drivers, and a 5.6 mm Dynamic Driver, the AK ZERO1 harmonises the characteristics of each driver to deliver the most natural sound to your ears. The ideal frequency response was achieved through the Cross Over Network, which is designed based on a thorough understanding of each driver’s parameters.

The cable included with the Astell&Kern AK ZERO1 is of high quality and delivers a distortion-free audio signal. A premium 4 core pure silver-coated OFC cable comes bundled with the AK ZERO1, enhancing audio performance and reducing the loss of audio signal during transmission. This included cable features a sturdy design with aluminium plugs making it durable and offering a longer usage life. The cable features an MMCX connector on one end and a 3.5mm connector on the other, allowing for easy connectivity with various devices and even allowing for upgradability with its detachable design.
