In case you receive the FiiO - PL50 with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you
- The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein)

EXPERIENCE CLEAN AND PRECISE SIGNAL TRANSMISSION WITH THE FIIO PL50, LOW NOISE-REGULATED LINEAR POWER SUPPLY

A well-designed power supply is the foundation of "good" sound. And what is ideal for sound quality are linear power supplies, with their greater, high-quality and stable voltage output, "smaller" ripple, and lower noise. The PL50 is a high-quality linear power supply that brings to your sound a lower noise floor, more refined dynamics and transients, and a more accurate, warmer tone to lower frequencies. Compared to switching power supplies, the noise of linear power supplies is mainly low and fixed in frequency, to which human ears are relatively insensitive. In contrast, switching power supply noise is higher in frequency and can easily interfere with the analogue portion of audio circuits due to radiation, directly impacting the output sound. The switching power supply noise can even indirectly affect the digital signals of audio circuits, further affecting sound quality. Since the low-frequency noise of linear power supplies is fixed in frequency, this noise can be better and more accurately filtered out. In addition, the large PL50 is also equipped with a filter circuit on the AC end for filtering out interference generated by other electrical devices being used on the same AC circuit for even cleaner and more stable power.

FEATURES 50W TOROIDAL TRANSFORMERS AND QUALITY COMPONENTS FOR OUTSTANDING SIGNAL QUALITY

Toroidal transformers have numerous advantages, allowing them to be very efficient. This is due to the coils in the transformer not having a set angle at which they are bent, leading to a more uniform magnetic field and less magnetic flux leakage. Inside the PL50 is a custom 50VA audiophile-grade toroidal transformer made of high-quality Nippon Steel iron and high-purity oxygen-free copper wires for higher efficiency, higher precision, more stable voltage, and higher energy output. Fully optimised, solid parts High-quality parts were chosen for every part of the design for higher and more reliable performance - such as the Shindengen bridge rectifier, TI voltage regulator, and Nippon Chemi-Con and Rubycon capacitors.

The FiiO PL50 features a complex circuit design that has been "fully" thought through to ensure reliable operation. EMI filtering, transformer rectification, voltage regulation sampling, and multi-stage filtering are all parts of the circuit design so that you can use the PL50 without worry. The clear digital display distinctly shows the current-voltage, letting anybody know what is happening with the power supply. The FiiO PL50 features dual voltage outputs in one unit, making it compatible with FiiO devices. A very good quality power supply,both in terms of build & function-wise.As in products like these, reviewers do warn users that the differences in sound may be indiscernible/subtle at best(depending on your set-up),so as not to keep expectations too high. My experience :- the results were pleasantly surprising.Using this with my relatively mid-level gear(Fiio R7 music centre + Hifiman Arya headphones) & considering my middle-aged hearing status,was mentally prepared to do a lot of switching in/out to struggle to hear any difference.The leap in sound quality was apparent right away from the first track itself,esp.the bass.This makes the Fiio-PL50 not an optional but a very much essential accessory,& can be used with other compatible Fiio products(such as DACs,DAPs & Headphone Amps).Can also be used to power your internet router for better sound in case you use a very high quality streamer.

Value for money Linear Power supply

After using Fiio PL50 lps in my router for a weeks time I found that there is more clarity in the sound, the soundstage has increased with more black background in the music. I am on streaming from Tidal and Qobuz and I love the sound more after introduction of Fiio lps. It is a good value for the money product. Highly recommend.

Excellent match for Ifi zen stream

It matched excellently in my set up. My system is Ifi zen stream, marantz 7000n integrated amplifier, Dali Oberon 5 speaker. After pairing fiio pl50 to zen stream, sound quality improved to next level. Now background is not dark, non fatigue presentation, bit deep stage, good instrument separation and instruments are popping out nicely with distinct identity, bass is tight, vocals breezy, highs are non fatigue, sweet, enjoyable. I'm able to crank up the volume to my hearts content. My whole system came out with new life which I enjoy. Hope I found my end game. (Mostly I listen flacs of Tamil, Telugu songs). When I paired this LPS to my tp link Archer c5 wifi router, video colour has become more vibrant, bass has become tight, vocals has become more clear and pronounced (I'm using apple tv's wifi for my ht set up).

I tried topping p50 LPS with zen stream in my set up as well. It sounded even more dark back ground, string instruments had more prominence, bass has become tight, could able to perceive even more details effortlessly. But I felt slight fatigue in my set up after few tracks (due to weighty notes (string instruments) and My speaker (which is neutral to slight bright)). I'm planning to buy topping p50 as well 😀. Based on once chain and taste they could decide their choices.

Don't buy people saying stock power adaptor of zen stream is enough. If ur system is decently resolving, then for sure you will witness the improvement. Over all its work spending for LPS. Each penny spent is worth and it will go no waste.
