In case you receive the Simgot - SuperMix 4 with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession

It's a Great IEM!! If you know what you are getting into.

SM4 is a classic Harman tuned IEM with great technicalities for the price.

It comes with both pros and cons of a Harman tuned IEMs.

It has got great bass presentation. But the mids are too forward and thin for my taste. And the treble all though impressive, didn't wowed me in any way.

It has got a cleaner presentation and excellent imaging, but not so wide soundstage.

And if you are coming from budget IEMs, it is clearly an upgrade in details and resolution.

It has got a excellent instrument seperation too.

Now, I don't like Harman in anyway. So the first thing I do was to create an EQ profile. And I do my listening with EQ always on.

I like the looks and accessories are pretty good too. But the face plate got scratches when I put it in case. As the IEMs gets mixed up inside the case.

So, if you know what you are getting in to, this is the one of the best IEM for the price.

This clears every other IEM at this price

This might be the endgame for me. I tried the Aful 5, and while it was great, I don't think the price is justified anymore. We've entered the realm of diminishing returns. The Super Mix 4, on the other hand, is the all-rounder we've been waiting for. Its sound is clean, with a wide soundstage. This IEMs are tuned to the Harman curve, so if you're after the latest trend, you can adjust the tuning, and it works like a charm. When I was listening, I kept asking myself why I would upgrade when other options are so much more expensive with only minimal improvements. Even using Squigy Auto EQ, you can tweak it significantly without losing any detail. Honestly, this is the best IEM in its price range—an absolute no-brainer. You'll love it!

Well balanced between bass and vocals

This is really good IEMs, and really is miles ahead from budget rs10,000 IEMs. I am using this with balanced cables and Onix alpha xl1 dac.

Worthy upgrade from BLON BL-03

First off, I want to thank Headphone Zone for the quality of service. I've been a customer for about 10 years and these guys and gals have never disappointed.
Absolute gem of an iem. I am just blown away by the sound quality, clarity. It's clean, confident and precise, and the separation between the instruments is so enjoyable and satisfying. I read somewhere that the treble instruments on this one is out of this world. No joke! If you're allergic to treble in your music (understandably so), chances are you're going to be cured.

Technical and Fun IEMs

Design: They are sleek, with a simple - not-so-fancy - design.
Comfort: Lightweight design, and shaped so that it sits comfortably inside the ear cavity.
These are technical, and wide sounding, Base, Mids, and Trebel all sounding beautiful.
Coming from the likes of RHA MA390, which had a flat sound signature, these are a party in your ears.

For FPS gaming, it's 10/10 recommended.
