Great IEMs for Beginners, but a Minor Issue with Call Volume

I recently purchased the Oriveti - OD100 IEM and the Headphone Zone X ddHiFi - Hi-Res DAC, and I must say, I'm quite impressed. The build quality is excellent—it doesn't feel cheap at all. The sound signature is great, especially coming from my previous Soundmagic E11C, which was about half the cost. Although I can't say I notice a huge difference, the OD100 offers a well-rounded audio experience. The treble and vocals are clear and crisp, which is perfect for my taste since I'm not a big bass fan. Overall, it's a complete package and an excellent choice for beginner audiophiles.
However, I'm facing one issue when using the IEMs with my Android phone. Whenever I receive calls, the audio volume goes to maximum, even when I've manually lowered it. I've restarted my phone, but the problem persists. I'm not sure if it's just my device or a common issue.
Aside from this, everything else is fantastic, and I'm really happy with my purchase from Headphone Zone.

Orivit od 100 listening is dull

This iem is made of steel and heavy not comfortable for long listening.the sound is not sonic and boring also.it is total disappointment for me .

Initially, I was not able to feel much difference between my previous flat signature IEMs and the OD100. Even the DAC was not making any difference. I changed phone models, tried an iPad, tried a PC, and tried different streaming services, but there was no change.

It started showing real potential when I changed eartips. With the correct eartips, these IEMs sound wonderful. I'm also happy with the accessories provided.

I am using satarangi re track. Multiple guitar layers are there. I could hear morsing for the first time, this was cool moment Also I could separate hear different types of drums.
