In case you receive the KZ - PR1 with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you

I need to be in love" by carpenters had very good sounding instruments , vocals, air, and stage. it feels like a concert. PR1 shoud be the most practical buy if you want to experience how planars sound.
The KZ PR1 turned out to be an excellent first attempt by the ChiFi giant. It has great build quality and is both attractive and comfortable. It has a powerful yet speedy bass, fantastic instrument separation and a clean extended treble.
The PR1 is quite impressive for what it is, especially with its special driver principle. Its planar driver brings a lot of coloration to the sound, featuring an enticing bass response and and extended treble that I found extremely pleasing to my ears.
I may not be the biggest fan of the somewhat generic “U” shaped balance, but the KZ-PR1 does it without overly thinning vocals and delivers on its highs with a genuine planar character.

Good quality earbuds

One of the cheapest available ear bud with planar magnetic driver. Sound quality is far better with good bass. Treble is slightly on higher side.

After 7Months of Usage it delivering cracking sound on high mid volume

I have been using the KZ PR1 Hifi edition for 7 months, it has been good, the sound is clear, and all is going well, using it with my Fiio BTR 5 and Tripowin - C8 (Recessed 2Pin/QDC) - Recessed 2Pin/QDC / 2.5mm , don't know all of sudden sound is changed and get irritating by the cracking sound (too much distortion generating when I raise the volume above mid-level.
It doesn't matter what drivers are used whether it is Planar Or Dynamic, we just need a better quality sound,
We are spending Rs.6,500/- for the sake of god sound, but end of the day its been failed,
I also tried to raise the warranty claim through HZ, but there is no response from the HZ team, don't know why they are not responding
Kindly think twice before purchasing the KZ PR1 Hifi edition earphones, do not waste your hard earning money on this fake planar device.

It is really good very different sound over all.
For this price unbeatable
For using in iphone i felt the overall volume could be more. May be because of the impedance i guess.
It needs some amp to drive them more

Planar earbuds for a beginner Audiophile

All round great product, great instrument separation and vocals with good Bass.
Treble response is a bit much though
Easy recommendation if it weren't for PR1 pro release in the horizon

My first planar one.!

This is my first planar IEM, I bought this 18th March, actually I have two Dac Amp, one is Ifi hip-dac, and other one is Fiio Btr5 2021, I'm using this KZ PR1 on Both Dac amp, sometimes I use this iem directly through my smartphone without dac amp this iem sound level is ok only, but it's full performance on ifi hip-dac is great 👍🏼, but mid is little lower I feel otherwise itok only, bass is very decent, high is fantabulous one.! Over all it's price worthy.! I love it 💕🥰👌🏼

It's fantastic one I've ever bought.!

I love this planner iem because mid is awesome though I'm a V-shaped lover i used to avoid mid and vocal and some mid frequency instrument but now when I got this damn KZ PR1 Hifi, i feel wow 😲 ... Now I enjoying these mid frequencies.!
