Final - VR2000

Final VR2000 Houses a newly developed 6mmφ [f-Core DU] dynamic driver unit, designed from scratch. Brass is utilised as the driver's housing, as it is highly resistant to the effects of magnetism and boasts a high specific gravity. It allows the Final VR2000 to deliver enhanced audio quality with clarity. The diaphragm features a voice coil that employs a 30μ ultrathin CCAW with a minimum use of adhesive for assembly. It thoroughly lightens the moving parts. The diaphragms are neatly pressed in small lots of roughly 1/3 the usual size to constrain pressure deviation to a minimum and realize a uniform-shaped diaphragm with no deformation. This configuration provides a wide sound stage with enhanced high-frequency reproduction.

Final VR2000 for Gaming focuses on delivering sound quality that emphasises the clarity and ease of perception of sound effects in the 3D space of games and VR. Developed based on the research into the acoustic physical properties required for transducers to reproduce the intended spatial impression of soundscapes in "Immersive Binaural Sound" playback through headphones and earphones, VR3000 for Gaming reflects the culmination of Final's efforts in this direction. Dedicated attention to the insights gained from research into the sense of distance in spatial acoustics resulted in the making of the earphones. Final VR2000 for gaming builds upon the spatial acoustic to make it even more accessible and swiftly respond to the "triggering sounds" demanded during gameplay.

Final VR2000 did a unique acoustical engineering research and developed a sound design that allows each sound effect to be heard clearly. Even when multiple sound effects overlap, they can be separated and distinguished. As a result, players can maintain high concentration levels while swiftly "reacting" to sound effects. In competitive gaming genres such as fighting games, first-person shooters (FPS) and music games, the instantaneous judgment to "react" to sound effects. VR2000 for Gaming is a high-performance earphone developed for players who aim to achieve victory.

Final VR2000 is ergonomically designed with a chassis design that serves as an ideal solution for the IEM that became established during the development of the B Series, it realizes a superior sense of fit. It aims to achieve a sense of fit with no feeling of oppression. The green section of the diagram below (earpiece) is the 1st position, the blue section (Tragus) is the 2nd position, and the pink-coloured section (cavity of the concha) is the 3rd position that contributes to the ultimate stability and fitting. These are suitable for the ears of many different people. To the extent that there is no feeling of oppression at any point of contact, that makes for such a comfortable, superior feeling of a customized earphone fit.

The Final VR2000 stands out with its striking dark olive colour, adding a playful flair to the design. Its original ear tips feature distinct colours for the left and right sides. The silicone used in the sound conduit is rigid and flexible, enhanced with groove processing for a secure fit and superior sound isolation. One bush is grey, while the other is red, allowing users to identify left and right sides, even in low-light conditions. The alternating shades of grey and red help to differentiate between the five available sizes: SS, S, M, L, and LL.

Final VR2000 features an ear hook that effectively reduces touch noise; wearing it when walking reduces the unpleasant rustling sound that may occur when the cable rubs against the body (cable touch noise). In the past, Final’s ear hooks have characteristically been slimmer than ordinary and virtually indistinguishable from a wire or rosin filled cable, making it so comfortable that it is easy to forget that one is even wearing it. It is the type with an affixed lock (B Type) that is capable of holding the cable firmly in place.

Final VR2000 is designed as an over-the-ear model to reduce touch noise by positioning the cable over the ear, ensuring a secure and comfortable fit. Firstly, confirm the R and L marks on the inside of the chassis wherein R is right and L is left. Run the cable toward the front from behind the ear and insert the earpiece of the earphone into the ear. If it is difficult to fit the earphone into the cavity of the concha, try to insert the in-ears while pulling back and somewhat upward on the ear lobe. If the cable does not fit on the back of the ear, use the ear hook accessory. If the fit is too loose, try changing the size of the sleeve. In some cases, the size of the left and right earpieces differ.
