The DUNU x Gizaudio DaVinci is an exceptional IEM, tuned to the new meta standard - focusing on balance and detail. The listening experience is engaging, complemented by top-notch design aesthetics that add a touch of elegance.

I think DaVinci is actually one of the more spacious and “big” sounding IEMs on the market right now, and I think this where the moderate excess of bass actually might work in its favor.

Recently There was a Huge Buzz about Dunu x Gizaudio Davinci on YouTube and internet. So I was curiously waiting for these iem’s to get launched in India. Thanks to HPZ, they always stay ahead. I bought them on 9th July and started testing them with my audio gear.
Unboxing:
They Comes in a Beautiful Package with a nice case, Good Quality 0.78mm recessed 2pin Cable and a bunch of ear tips.
Cable: Nice one But difficult to switch cables which comes with normal 0.78mm 2 pin.
Design: Dunu Davinci got nice design and comes with beautifully finished wooden face plate. The size is not for everybody, they are little chunky and comes with a short, angled nozzle which is annoying.
Eartips: Three types of ear tips are provided 1). Candy Silicone 2). Transparent little thick ones 3). Famous DUNU S&S each in S/M/L Sizes.
Nozzle: Dunu Davinci comes with 6.3mm angled nozzle. It’s very difficult to put on candy eartips but once you put them on they provide good seal and sounds good but not the best. Other two do not give good seal to my ears.
Fit: Depends up on the seal provided by ear tips. I tried Divinus Velvet, Azla sedna ear fit max and pentacon metal ones none of them a gave me satisfactory seal. I tried some other kind in my collection and ordered few more, 1). wide bore ear tips 2). Aslam Sedna Crystal etc and waiting for them.

Sound: Here comes the good part, they sound very good after a reasonable time of burning. Bass is good, it’s not too much, very good and punchy for me at just good amount. Guitar, piano sounds are fantastic, treble sounded at right amount not too sharp, vocals both male and female sounds brilliant. Dynamics are not great resolution is good, sound stage and image are okay, overall they sound good to my ears and I would like to rate them at 4 out of 5.
Suggestions to HPZ: 1). Please bring a nice cable collaborating with headgear for these because it’s very difficult to find one with this kind of 0.78mm recessed 2pin. 2). Provide wide bore ear tips to buy in all sizes.

What criterias i looked in this iem
1) Bass (sub bass / bass) : the sub bass is dynamic, quite rich texture and very rumbles / Bass is well tuned & controlled , there is no base bleed on the mid range
2) Midrange : the male vocals are perfect and some instruments perfectly represented
3) Upper midrange : the female vocal is obsolete perfect balance, both male and female vocals are smooth and little bit warmer
4) Treble / Air : The Treble extension controlled very well the layer of instruments are quite separated and resolution is quite neat.
5) Timbre effect : The tornality of the timbre it's quite good it's very natural
6) Transient attack : it is a 5 - Way crossover separation of the to the base to the Mids to the Treble it's very exllent. There is no bleed in any kind of frequency
7) Spacious : it's not very wide but compared to the other I am it's way about the head
8) Instrument separation : simply great
9) Imaging : the imaging is clean, but it's not great
10) Resolution : excellent
11) Turning : tuning is different from other iems
12) Sound Signature : it's a warm and smooth sound signature so you can listen for hours from not getting fatigue from treble extension, it's tuned by Timmy from Gizaudio
13) Driver configuration : 2 DD & 4BA
14) Driver material : i don't have info
15) Fit comfort (ergonomics and nozzle size) : 6 mm nozzle a little bit big
16) Eartips : you get a quite varieties eartips

18) Fit & Finish : The fit and finish quite exceptional and the face plate will be very unique to the person
