In case you receive the Sennheiser - HD 620S with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

Incredible headphone, absolutely deserves to be beside HD600.

Very neutral, balanced sound. Wide and spacious soundstage, sounds like an open back. Great imaging and resolution as well. Passive isolation is excellent. I use it more than HD600. It's easy to drive but responds positively to better amplification.
Just make sure to get a vacuum seal and make sure that the slider mechanism is set to low so the pads clamp hard and conform to your skin, otherwise you will get an undesirable one-note mid bass hump. It's more comfortable than 600 as the ears don't touch the driver inside. Smoother sounding than 490 Pro (490 Pro is wider and has deeper bass but has limited excursion capabilities from my experience and treble is notably harsher and rough).

Sennheiser HD 620s

I have bought the airpods max and also had the XM4 but I think the sennheiser really beats it this time. I also have heard about XM5 being better but I think the a HD 620s has a better noise cancellation and form factor around the ears which gives it better anc personally for my ears. I think you should compare them to XM4 for the price, the XM5 and Meze 99 classic around the price range and then choose the one which suits you.
