Rediscover The Beatles

This was an absolute joy to attend. The amount of trivia and getting to relive the songs I grew up listening to as a teenager was worth every second and rupee I spent. Highly recommended. Also you get to hear these on the very best audio equipment in the world. What more can a Amit Trivedi fan ask for?

2 major reasons why I love these experiences.
1. Listening to great music followed by their amazing introduction and insider stories by Raghav. Like listening to a modern version of Anu Kapoor describe stories.

2. I get to listen to headphones I would like to buy as well as aspirational ones. This is like getting a test ride for a Bugatti Chiron.

This was the first time my wife & I attended these experience sessions and we walked out thoroughly impressed, having just had a surreal 3-hour experience listening to Amit Trivedi's songs. Sure, at face value, it sounds like you just sit down to listen to a bunch of songs on headphones, but to me, what puts this whole experience on a whole another level is Raghav's commentary before each song. His trivia & details really add a new dimension to each song, and then when you listen to these tracks on Headphone Zone's high-quality gear, you really get to know all the layers & depth the music has. You'll be surprised how many instruments you didn't even know existed in the song.

Overall, I highly recommend these experience sessions to everyone and I can't wait to attend the next one.

@Raghav & team: You should do one session dedicated for Coke Studio (both India and PK) songs.

We all have grown up listening to Rahman. But what makes this listening session special is the amount of information you learn from Raghav. Having grown up in Chennai, he has known Rahman like most in the north don’t. He also has a ton of inside stories from first hand sources that make this a joy. Spoiler: There is no way you can cover everything in the given 3 hours. Nonetheless this was a joy! Highly recommended!

Attending the "Rediscover John Mayer" guided listening session by Headphone Zone at the relaxing Moly cocktail Bar was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the welcoming staff, including Karan, Ian, and CEO Raghav, made us feel right at home. They expertly guided us through their extensive collection of IEMs and amp/DACs, making the selection process enjoyable and informative.

The thoughtful organization was evident, from QR codes for the playlist to wipes for maintaining hygiene. Ian's session was a deep dive into John Mayer's life and music, showcasing his journey from discovering his musical calling to winning multiple Grammy awards. Ian's passion and well-researched presentation brought Mayer's pain and artistry to life through the music.

The evening was topped off perfectly with India's cricket team victory, making it a truly memorable night. I highly recommend these listening sessions or audio tours to anyone, whether you're an audiophile or not. You'll be hooked!

Rediscover John Mayer

That's the best money I've ever spent on a music event. The way Ian presented the entire experience was fabulous. I mean, I'm not new to John Mayer's music, but the entire timeline of John's journey along with the way it influenced his mindset during the albums he recorded was something i wasn't aware of.
And ofcourse i had the privilege of listening to my favourite artist on premium audiophile gear! I've listened to lot of these songs hundreds of times and my ears still managed to pickup new instruments and basslines on this gear(HiFiMan Arya).
The mead from moonshine was the much appreciated extra cherry on a cake overflowing with cherries.
Ofcourse, the contribution to the Silent Olympiad felt very nice.
I'd definitely make this 3 hour journey again whenever there's an artist i like being covered in an experience. Great initiative team!!!

The whole experience of listening to A.R Rahman songs coupled with the trivia and minute details to listen to made this experience rediscover a new meaning to listening to music for me. The high sound quality headphones made the experience all the more joyful. The sharpness of the sound through the open back headphones made me rediscover music with a completely different perspective. Raghav's input before every song was instrumental in making me believe that i had never heard the songs with such concentration and feel every beat and every word and understand the lyrics. Even though certain songs were in a language I didn't know of, it still made me picture how the song would have been recorded. Waiting eagerly to attend another music session at Headphone zone.
