In case you receive the Moondrop - U-2 with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you
- The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein)

After overcoming technical challenges and refining its design, Moondrop proudly launches the U-2 in a new series of high-fidelity in-ear monitors. The Moondrop U-2 features a 14.8mm dynamic driver, N52 magnetic circuit, CCAW voice coil, compressed composite paper diaphragm and optimized U-shaped brass tube for exceptional sound in your music experience. Moondrop offers a twisted-pair silver-plated cable and five sets of foam ear tips with the U-2 to get you started.

Natural Sound With 14.8mm Large Dynamic Driver

The Moondrop U-2 houses a 14.8mm large dynamic driver, paired with an N52 high-performance magnetic circuit and a CCAW voice coil lightweight suspension system, offering comfort and superior audio quality. This combination results in punchy bass, minimal distortion, full dynamics, quick treble response, rich detail and a natural sound extension. The Moondrop U-2 has a frequency response of 20Hz to 20kHz, impedance of 30Ω±15% at 1kHz and a sensitivity of 116dB/Vrms at 1kHz, and harmonic distortion is low at ≤0.1% at 1kHz and 94dB, ensuring high-fidelity sound.

It features a cone-and-dome structure made from the same rigid, high-resistance compressed pulp paper used in professional speakers. It results in exceptional detail and smooth, natural timbre in your music listening experience with your Monndrop U-2.

U-Shaped Brass Tube For Air Viscosity Damping

The Moondrop U-2 pays homage to classic acoustic designs from over 30 years ago by incorporating a U-shaped brass tube optimised with modern manufacturing technology. This design enhances the resonance effect of the brass tube on the sound's timbre and air viscosity damping to improve bass performance, producing a unique sound texture without the need for sponge covers. The cavity is made from ABS, maximising the bass's potential and creating a distinctive auditory experience.
