In case you receive the BLON X HBB - Z300 with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you

Overall good IEM

This was suggested to me by headphone zone’s employee.
So treble is loud (not harsh), Bass is nice..
If you connect with iPhone remember to turn off headphones safety for getting full performance from your device. And assuming you are buying it for bass so set the Eq in music app to “Increase Bass”.

From build quality to sound quality, I'm completely satisfied with the product. It has a nice hint of bass to it when i compare it to other cheaper iems like Tangzu wan'er. The cables that come along are sturdy. The iems are all metal and damn gorgeous. I can't be happier.

If you love a bit of bass, then go for BLON X HBB - Z300... Ideal to listen to epic pop, alternate rock, blues, indie. My IEMs came with two wires.... One was the Rose gold colour and the other was silver with mic... Rose gold doesn't tangle but the silver one does... Overall just love listening to music on it ..
