Made With Care Using An Extensive Process Fused With Kevlar OFC Cable
Each Meze 99 Classics takes almost 45 days before being released. The wood is harvested from mature trees that have reached the end of their life cycle, ensuring no harm to the environment while giving you that rich, natural sound. To further enhance the colours, the wood goes through extensive air drying and shaping by hand and CNC machining that takes almost 8 hours. It then goes through sanding, lacquering, finishing, and careful inspection. After all the process, the headphone is then finally assembled. The Meze 99 Classics are packaged with a detachable Kevlar OFC cable for lossless signal transmission, which also features a mic and remote.

These were my first pair of serious Headphones. I would listen to every genre track on them. It's gorgeous to look at, and sounds better than anything else in the segment. They're timeless. I hope to hand them to my kids someday.
Meze 99 Classics have a pneumatic, even-handed, ear-neutral sound. Highs are crisp and shimmery; their even, laterally wide sound pressure and energy.
The Meze 99 Classic’s pace is smooth, slightly languid and with reasonable levels of bass decay and a slight mid-bass emphasis.
Here we get color variants, increased serviceability, and great build quality wrapped up in one with the Meze 99 Classics.
For the money I don’t think you can do better than these 99 Classic headphones from Meze. Their design is stylish while the comfort levels are superb.

I love bass. Will I be happy with how these sound?
It is not bass heavy but rather a very warm sound signature that means it will have good clarity and a bit enhanced bass.

It's been about 8 months of using this headphone. Love it. All my early headphones were from Sony and bass boosted. This has been quite a change of way I listen to music. Loving it until now. I am not an IEM guy. Mostly listening to regional music, have been enjoying A R Rehman songs in these. Best headphones to start your journey into good audio experience.

It is still early days with my 99 Classics. I did not really know what to expect & as such had no real expectations. I have listened to music for the last 10 or so years with some or other bluetooth in-ear earphones. But these are the real deal in comparison & have made listening to music a real treat - an occasion to look forward to each day. The sound - in my opinion - is nicely balanced & allows me to pick up a lot of detail & small nuances in the music. Even when turning the volume right up, the sound is clear & quality. I am pairing them with my Astell&Kern S25 & so far so good. There are times when I could, perhaps, have a little more bass. But this may just be due to the way I have it all setup - I am not an expert audiophile.
