In case you receive the Meze - 99 Neo with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you

The Meze - 99 Neo should please those looking for a rougher, more tumbly listen that follows the original as closely as possible.
If you prefer EDM, some R’n’B and less vocal focused then the 99 Neo is your better choice. I find that slightly darker tone, more diffuse and sustained bass presence and contrasting treble response.
The 99 Neo’s sound is clear and richly balanced, and these closed-back over-the ear headphones do a good job hushing external noise.
The Meze 99 Neo is more than just a good sounding headphone. The look and feel of it combined with the sound provided all add up to make it an experience that’s quite unique.
Blessedly, Neo is just as capable in the soundstage as the 99C, being one of the widest and deepest closed-back headphones on the market.

Meze 99 Neo Over-Ear Headphones review

Sound - Has a very soothing sound. Can hear music for hours together
without fatigue. Excellent Bass & Sub Bass. That brings the cons of this product. Mid range is extremely veiled & Treble is so Dark & Cold that in my opinion it needs LOT more clarity. While non crispy Bass takes over All 3 stages. Sound stage is not wide at all. Imaging is just OK. I did a burn out for 12 hours but still no improvement in the Mid section or Treble High Range. Maybe it's the sound signature which makes it sound "Bass heavy & Smooth or Dark/ cold Treble & vocal". It's very unfortunate that such a well designed & most comfortable Headphones lacks the necessary precision and firmness. I am not an Audiophile but over the years of listening experience with varied Headphones of several world famous companies, I know how much listening pleasure a great pair of Headphones can provide. To me this is Just another Bass Heavy average Headphone with Not so average price.
I didn't expect Headphone Zone Guru to suggest these after a prolonged discussion where I described in detail what I am looking for.

Truly a balanced headphones

Pros :- The design of headphone is really good, and sound quality is also very nice.
You won't get a headache due to high bass, as the bass is balanced.
If you listen to a lot of guitar & drums, then these are gem of a headphone.
Cons:-It doesn't give an immersive experience that a headphone of this price point should give, you add a few bucks and you can get a bose instead.
I didn't found the padding around ears good enough for long hours of listening, after 2 hours started to feel a bit heavy.

Awesome headphone

Thanks to headphone zone for the quick delivery and the package was also nice.
I paired this headphone with a Dragonfly Red DAC and the sound quality i'm getting is ineffable.
I can hear all the nuances in a song which i was not able to hear before. The sound quality of this headphone is unique in its own way. Bass is also decent.
Quality of the materials and the design is too impressive.
Will definitely recommend this headphone to anyone.
i recommend using this headphone with a good DAC.

Awesome headphones...............I mean..............SERIOUSLY AWESOME.

Its just mind blowing stuff man..............i really tried hi fi brands before this.............but they don't stand anywhere close to these................seriously guys...............dont believe what i say?? Go to headphone zone..................try them...........................and then you will know what i am talking about. You will be blown away.

Pure and absolute bliss

This headphone is my first foray in to high end audio and I must say, I am blown away by how much of a difference a good headphone makes to the listening experience. My only prior experience with expensive hi-fi headphones was at stores. I was a bit skeptical having spent so much on headphones for the first time, hoping I would not have buyer's remorse, but now I am so glad I did.

Music has never been this enjoyable before. Never felt this feeling of 'one more song' so strongly before. I could listen to these pair of cans for hours on end and not get tired of it.

First song I tried out was Snarky Puppy's 'Lingus' and it was as if I was put in a trance. Then I tried out the quintessential all-time classic, 'Hotel California', a track i must have heard a thousand times before, sounded so different and rich, all the little details I had never noticed/heard before were pouring into my ears. Then came Pink Floyd, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Kenny G, Alt-J, Porcupine Tree,...spent around 3 hours listening immediately after plugging in the headphones for the first time listening to tracks from different genres. Obviously, I am writing this review before properly burning-in the cans, but what I heard so far was good enough for me to give it a 5 star rating.

The bass is the best I've ever experienced. While I'm not a bass-head, and actually hate it when headphones have such a very strong emphasis on bass that it drowns out everything else, these are somewhat unique in that the bass,while being very strong, does not drown out the other details. Hip-hop and house music has never sounded this good.

Lastly, the most important reason I chose these headphones was because of its ability to sound great without amps, what a week of research has taught me is that most of the high end cans have high impedance and require amplification to provide decent sound. The world of amps, while fascinating is also a bit hard to navigate and also might I add, expensive!! Plus, my use case would require on-the go listening as well, so these were the best option and I can safely say that I made the right choice.

Would recommend these to all who want to take their first step into the world of hi-fidelity music.The build quality is premium, the case that comes in the box is solid and sturdy. They also look rad, so you are bound to turn some heads when you step out with these on your temple.
