In case you receive the Marshall - Acton III with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you
- The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein)

This loss is known as path loss, and it defines the range of connectivity. This range of connectivity is dependent on the wireless protocol in use like Bluetooth. Marshall initially started as a humble music store known as Jim Marshall and Son in Hanwell, London. With the demand for new kinds of amplifiers increasing, the 'Number One' (first of the numerous JTM45 amps) was introduced and the rest, as they say, is history. Of course, why settle only on amps when you can break barriers elsewhere? In 2010, Marshall entered the headphone market with the Major and Minor lines. Marshal over the years has built a strong presence globally and operates through their Marshall India website domestically.

Premium speakers at a premium price. And justified. Period.

A one-time investment for life. The sound quality on this is spectacular, the loudness is beyond sufficient (meaning room-filling), and the build quality is excellent. Marshall never has and never will compromise on anything, and it shows in this one (in terms of price as well). It is to be noted that they need to be burned in once out of the box (think less than 70% volume, bass-y tracks, and at least 10-15 hours of playtime), like any headphone or speaker out there. Once they do, the sound just keeps getting better. If you prefer portability, this isn't for you. It does not have a battery and needs a wired connection to an outlet to run. Personally, I don't mind, as I need not worry about battery running out or remembering to charge. But it's still very easy to use and surprisingly not very heavy when you carry it. They are NOT water- or dust-proof btw, so must be handled responsibly.
