In case you receive the KZ - ZSN PRO 2 (Unboxed) with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you

After lot of research I concluded on buying this Product. Tested by playing Several FLAC files on them I noticed hell lot of differece between output from this IEM and my BoAT 441 AAC TWS. I heard lot of instruments which i never noticed hearing from my TWS. I was immeresed in music for minutes, noticing every little sound that i never heard.

very poor. dont buy unboxed. they sent me a used product.. there are soo many hairs and ear glue

We would like to clarify that unboxed products are as good as brand new products just without the original packaging. In simple terms, unboxed products are simply unsealed products. They are barely used, come with all accessories (unless mentioned otherwise) and full manufacturer's warranty. We strive to ensure that all the unboxed products are in top condition before shipping them out, and it's disappointing to hear that this was not the case for you.

Good product except for the mesh in right earbud caved in upon arrival. Rest is good. Wire might be a little longer a I am a tall person, I found it a bit shorter.

Review of KZ - ZSN Pro 2 earphone

The KZ ZSN Pro 2 earphones deliver exceptional sound quality with clear highs and deep bass, thanks to its balanced armature and dynamic driver. While the treble might be a bit sharp, the overall performance is impressive for the price.

Kudos to Raghav & the team - An amazing pair of beginner IEMs

This was my first time purchasing an IEM & a product from Headphone Zone. Firstly, I was amazed by the support that HPZ provides for selecting an appropriate IEM based on the individual user.

The first pair that I received did had some defects, but Jainy helped me get a prompt replacement.

Would highly recommend these IEMs to any beginner who is looking for a headset with clear & crispy sound stage along with some punch of bass.

And those who are a bit skeptical about buying unboxed products, rest assured that these guys will make sure you get a great product.
