In case you receive the KZ - ZEX Pro with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you

Poor customer support, bad customer service I didn't expect this from headphonezone. I feel very bad being as a audiophile. Drivers are bigger than my ears that's not my fault, but the headphonezone still analysing my return request problem still not resolved very very poor at all

Entering to something I hoped to be in... and I am in

The KZ ZEX pro IEM with ibasso dc03 is my first Audiophile combo. It has three drivers that give a balanced and detailed sound. The ibasso dc03 is a DAC/amp that improves the sound quality and volume. This combo sounds clean, clear and crisp. It makes me feel like I'm in a live concert. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to try Audiophile.

Switching from Samsung Galaxy Buds (gen1) to KZ ZEX Pros

Unboxing experience was to the point
The earphones are clear and loud instruments vocals subbass are all up to the mark i haven't listened to other IEMs but these gets the job done these pair has vent that lets in ambient noise while in a comparatively louder places you might lack a bit bass due to the outside noise these lets in. But you can always tweak the equaliser to increase bass and trust me it wont disappoint you cam easily turn these into a bass heavy earphones 💪 I honestly change according to my mood.I would absolutely recommend these, worth Every penny if it last long, Thankyou.
One more tho keeo in mind the colour of outer shell fades away very quickly though its made of basic metal that is cold to touch it fades just like a hot wheels cars😂 but its fine for me you guys might wanna think about it

Poor design and worksmanship

Sound is decent but it doesn't fit the ears. So much pain trying to wear this even for a short while. I would have adjusted if the paint didn't peel off just two weeks in (bought 12 June). What kind of QC did you guys do? We buy from headphone zone with the assurance that stuff sold here are curated for quality. What a disappointment!!

Couple of years ago, I had purchased the Sennheiser CX275s. At that time they were the best earphones I had used and I remember I was in awe. But my dog ate them and I didn't bother buying another pair.

Fast forward to April 2023, I felt like treating myself by getting some nice earphones. I hadn't discovered this site and didn't know about the existence of good quality IEMs. I only knew brands like Sony, JBL etc. So bought a pair of Sony MDR-XB55AP "premium" earphones from amazon by reading the good reviews people had posted about them. When they arrived I was super excited to try them on but when I did, I was thoroughly disappointed with them. I started getting philosophical, thinking I've gotten old and nothing gives me happiness anymore..

By sheer luck (and targeted advertising I guess) I discovered headphonezone. I liked how passionate these folks are. Did some research and zeroed in on these KZ - ZEX Pros. I haven't tried any other good IEMs, so I don't really have a benchmark to compare them to but all I can say is that I fell in love with the way they sound! I realized there's so much more detail in every song that I've been hearing for so many years! I could clearly hear every instrument and vocals. The music felt punchy and exciting. I felt happy! I look forward to listening to music on these everyday. Thank you to the wonderful folks at HZ for bringing us such amazing products :)
