In case you receive the KZ - ZS10 Pro 2 with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you
- The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein)

Clear vocals and treble but not adequate bass for a basshead

The product had switches which helped me boost me the bass tad bit it was not satisfactory for a bass head. Hands down the treble and vocals were excellent. Very average soundstage. Paired with ddhifi x headphonezone hi-res usb dac. Overall an average product.Forget all about this. The packaging for well enough to buy products from headphone zone ! Amazing package with a small catalogue like thing which had a list of songs to listen for various type of instruments. I really liked the way they presented the package. Well done headphone zone!

Bass is not as expected

The sound quality is satisfactory, however, the bass response could be improved. In comparison, the Oppo Enco X2 offers superior bass performance.

Sound quality is awesome and vocals are way beyond

I can't express how good my KZ ZS10 Pro 2 earphones compared to my apple earphones and surprisingly it even better then my airpods pro2, don't know what magic inside these earphones, I can clearly feel the difference on vocal notes and instruments and how deep they hear is more mattered. I'm having so many doubts before trying these IEMs but took a risk to buy them with out any experience but based on reviews I went. However, as I imagined they are beyond my expectations. Thank you so much for that. Let's see how long they will last.
