In case you receive the Kiwi Ears - Quartet with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you

The best bass response I got

I previously used kz zsn 10pro and its bass was very good very accurate and very fast but I needed more so I bought these and these didn’t disappoint I am a drummer and there’s nothing more exciting then getting that kick drum that snare and hi hat just blowing it out of the park, damn these iems rock, I been using them for the past week and I get so excited listening to any old track because it’s like I am listening to them for the first time again 😭, makes me emotional every time. I also updated their cable with a tipowin cable unfortunately headphone one doesn’t have a purple colour cable I would love to buy that 🤗

Good enough for the price. Really enjoyable if you like the signature

Not the most amazing iems but just because they didn't change my life doesn't mean they're bad by any means. I kind of love these honestly, and they fit my library quite nice. They are decent all rounders for a more bass-focused listening experience. Theyre not bass cannons I feel but definitely fit the bill for me. and as someone who is a bit treble sensitive, yea the 8khz peak can be a bit jarring at first but I either got used to it or eq'd it a bit to help with that. honestly, a non-issue to me.
