InAwaken - DAWN Ms

Bought these on the recommendation of a headphone zone executive, and I i am literally blown away by the performance out of box. I bought the iem along with fiio x jade audio ja11 amp/dac, and it sound awesome with it. I noticed that the dac does improve the performance of the iem as well boost the volume, I was truly amazed. Gonna pair it with my desktop dac topping dx1 next, which I also bought from you guys, so let's see how they perform when paired with my dx 1. So far I am impressed and I haven't even burned them in yet.

Aight, lemme break it down real quick—these IEMs ain’t neutral like I thought; they straight-up warm as a cozy hoodie. The mids? Fire. Male vocals? Butter smooth. And that bass? Bruh, I feel blessed—sub-bass so silky it’s like a slow jam for my ears. They ain’t for no audio nerds dissecting every note, but if you tryna kick back and vibe, these the ones. Design? Drippy. Looks like a whole galaxy, fr. But that cable? Hot trash—thin, tangly, and cheap-feeling. Plus, they hungry for power, so you gotta crank the volume way up to get 'em poppin. Highs can be a lil harsh, especially with female vocals, but it’s not a dealbreaker. Perfect for R&B, Indian classical, and synthwave—not so much for hype music like hip-hop or rock. If you just wanna chill after a long day, throw these on, pour up, and let 'em do the thing.

I’m a drummer and was skeptical at first to get these. Had a dilemma choosing between the Zero Reds and These. But finally pulled the trigger on these and these are some great IEMs for onstage monitoring and the Bass is nice and slightly pumped and the upper end also smooth and the mods not so bad. Love the sound separation too. Bonus points it looks great on stages under the lights too! A good buy for the budget!

Sound : I thought they are a neutral sounding iem but it is an exceptional warm tuned iem.

NOTE: I BURNT THEM FOR LIKE A WEEK BEFORE LEAVING THIS REVIEW.

Pros:
1)They perform too well in mids, lower mids and bass. Male vocals are so heavenly and harmonious. The upper mids and highs are mildly sharp and bearable but.. the bass.. oh mannn!! I am so so so so so blessed to be able to hear those smooooth sub and mid bass. The warm tonality and smooth sub bass makes best combo to provide melting sound with longer listening.

2) Since the have less timbre they are less of an analytical iems but more of a comfortable, sit back and chill kind of sounding iems.

3) I can push the volume all the way up and listen for hours without getting exhausted. They are that smooth. I don't know how they managed to pull that off but I don't wanna miss these in any travel situations.

4) And lastly.. the shells. Man! Those are damn well crafted design and professionally attractive colourway. In can sit and look at these for a moment even after a decade or two. They look cool like a galaxy. Should be a conversation starter. Remember.

And the case that come up with these is simple and amazing.

Cons:
1) The first con that comes to my mind is this cable. It is not good. They are thin. Tangles so badly. Not well for using while sleep. Looks cool, feels cheap.

2) They are pretty hard to drive. Less volume from 30% - 50% cannot express the full potential of the iems and I need to put the volume higher like upto 75% - 80% to get the immersive experience of all the sounds. I use Audiocular's D07 dac but still not enough.

3) As I said, the highs are bit sharp and those female voice doesn't sound as good as male vocals. The are slightly artificial. Might not be great for analytical listeners or a party like sound lovers. This may not be noticeable for everyone but I am not satisfied with the upper mids and highs.

3) As they provide a warm tonality to the overall sound signature, some songs with bright instrumentals would not feel natural and have less clear instrument separation.

I am satisfied. Not planning to change for atleast 3-4 years. Might upgrade them cables though.

Best Genres to hear in these (Ranked):
1) All forms of R&B musics
2) Any Indian classical, melodies and folks
3) Indian instrumental and soulful songs
4) All forms of Jazz
5) All forms of Retro futuristic synthwave music
6) Western and Indian Pop

Not so great genres:
1) Hiphop
2) Rock or metal
3) Any party vibe songs
(They are still good to listen tho..)

Blind buy if..:
1) You like the design in the pictures. They look more cool in real life.
2) You come home after a long tiring day and wanna put some R&B or hindi songs and chill with a drink in your hand. (They can't go wrong when you're drunk or after a break up. Try it🤧)

I you are new to the iem game, this review will be for you. If you come up with unfamiliar words, do search them up. This review will be worth it. These where not popular all these days and only now some reviews pop up by famous reviews. So I have covered somethings that they missed too.

I bought them watching and reading those reviews. Though they are less popular and less reviewed, what made be buy them blindly was the sound signature (I've used some iems before and thus I found my type of sound signature and mood of listening) and the design mainly. So I bought it. I like it.

You may not like the sound instantly but after burning up a bit, you may love as I do.

And also I don't think the type sound signature info left under this iem in the website is accurate. I'd appreciate if headphone zone review it again and correct it. Some might get misled.
