In case you receive the iFi Audio - hip-dac 3 with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you

It is good

The soundstage is not wide enough but details are very good. The IEMatch and PowerBoost also improves the performance of the headphones connected. But the showstopper is the XBass, this will make the Bass boost but noway you will fell it artificial. The Bass is smooth and not at all forced. Highly recommend for people with open back headphones or plannars to boost the Bass or bass lovers.

Something for Bassheads

One of the best by IFI. The bass is hard and punchy, the IE match is for heavy metal and death metal folks and also add’s fun to edm’z and phonks. I love the output. I use Sivga Oriole and Mezze 99 with hip dac 3 and the output is incredible.

Out of the world

Using this dac since many days. Excellent sound separation. All frequencies beats separately in your ears which makes you feel relaxed. Gain and bass switches gives you freedom to choose as per your taste of music. Battery back up is decent enough.The connecting wires - lightening and type C provided with are of excellent quality. If you really need pristine music, get this & a good IEM you are done, no looking further.

Wonderful DAC and Amp

This DAC/Amp is hard to beat at this price point. XBass and PowerMatch are a game changer though could'nt see the point of IEMatch or havent figured out what its for or how to use it yet. It couldnt drive the Empyrean IIs and these distorted with PowerMatch on, which was expected but on the Advar's it sounded sweet. Highs and Mids were well defined and the bass was enough even with XBass turned off. Its a pocket rocket.
