The E2000 is a more balanced and open-sounding IEM - compared to the E1000 and the E3000. What you get is a more revealing sound with the same promise of Japanese precision engineering and a super compact and comfortable design.
This year’s best-value earphones are the $45 Final E2000. Beside their great sound, the E2000s also provide good isolation from external noise and are super light and comfortable.
The sound stage on the E2000 is also excellent. It plays well with anything that doesn’t require extremely tight or deep bass, and for the average joe, would be any easy first pick.
The E2000 manages to best competing models in terms of balance, detail and refinement while simultaneously sitting near the bottom in pricing. the E2000’s are a comfortable and resolving earphone.
In review the E2000 is a nice reference style earphone that truly has a flat frequency response and wide brilliant sound. Overall it’s a nice earphone with a very unique design and crystal clear sound.
Extremely well made. Tonally balanced, detailed and articulate sound. Great soundstage and image. Very inexpensive. Versatile with what it can play although bottlenecked by the instrument separation.
If you're into a smoother IEM with a more laid-back presentaion, then E2000 might be the better choice. At any rate, E2000 IEMs have good strength that can make you want them.
