However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

High-precision and low-noise film resistors ensure more accurate signal reproduction and channel balance. The Panasonic low-loss metallised film capacitors guarantee extremely low harmonic and phase distortion within the LPF part of the circuit. Audio data is passed through a FiiO-developed 4th-gen FPGA with phase-locked loop technology, which works with two custom Japanese NDK femtosecond crystal oscillators to provide a high-precision and low-jitter unified clock source for the entire audio architecture. FiiO M15S has a 3.5mm Single-ended headphone output, with line out and coaxial out support and 2.5mm & 4.4mm Balanced headphone outputs. The Balanced connection decreases crosstalk and interference caused by the balanced output configuration resulting in improved audio signal integrity. All in all, the FiiO M15S is a remarkable player that manages to build upon the already impressive foundation laid by the M15. great build quality and lovely UI, nice bundle with a great case.
The FiiO M15S is an excellent mid-tier DAP that covers both the IEM and headphone bases very nicely with very good output power and a much improved tonal balance from the original M15.
Faster System-on-Chip and larger RAM memory made it so much snappier, Fast and punchy sounding, a transient response beast at this price point, Wide Bluetooth coverage and codec support.

Another really good DAP from FiiO. The value for price is very strong here. We get a terrific sounding source, that can handle any IEMs and many headphones, give the newest FiiO a shot. It’s worth it.
The M15S reproduces dynamics well with super easy and difficult-to-drive headphones. I have only compliments for the M15S’s sound and to my ears it is accurate, transparent, clean, and uncolored
