In case you receive the Effect Audio - EROS S IEM Upgrade Cable with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

Excellent cable and value for money if compared against other premium cable providers

This cable is excellent value for money, it is very well made looks very premium and sounds great. I used it with the 64 Audio Volur and Meze Audio Advar, these both are excellent IEMs whose sound I really enjoyed with the stock cables but using this cable with these upped it by a notch. There is little to no memory on these cables and the connection options allow for both MMCX and 2 Pin use. I also got another cable from Effect Audio the Code 24 which looks even better than this but is painful to use and is three times the price (you can read my review for these on its product page). If ur in the market for a good premium cable go for this without hesitation.

Purely low grade cable. Definitely a marketing gemic.

If I compare to company supplied cable of IE900, it compromised only because of lessor number of wire strands. No harshness on high frequencies nor poor rendition of low notes. This eros s cable is even worst then that. Claimed 8 core, lacks that bandwidth and sound stage provided by decent brands in 4 core. The low frequencies overlapped and muddy. High fidelity is completely missing. The sustenance of instruments sound is below average. Surprised to see such 5 star review of such a low grade cable. The reference dap/source: A&K SP3000, Sim audio 680, Tidal premium, IEM IE900, other cables nordost heimdall, cardas clear and headgear silver 4 core.

Brilliant cable at an amazing price

This cable is a work of art. Such amazing quality it delivers. It pairs quite well with my Fourte. It does not tamper any frequency, makes it sound a lot full and balanced. Mids are more forward, a lot detailed and vocals are more detailed. Bass is just perfect. There is an absolute day and night difference with Fourte's stock cable. At thir prices, this cable is a steal.
