I had bought an unboxed unit. There are several major dysfunctions in the unit.
1. The M status light which shows the charge status of the connected Mojo unit doesn’t work
2. The battery discharges fast, one charge doesn’t last beyond 3 hours of continuous listening on either Bluetooth of WiFi
3. Wireless connections drops every now and then
Just because it’s working as intended, I’m giving a 3 star rating. May be the flaws are specific to the second hand unit.
Hi Gaurav,
We'd like to clarify that an unboxed product is not a second hand product. Unboxed products are as good as brand new products just without the original packaging. In simple terms, Unboxed products are simply unsealed products.
They are barely used, come with all accessories (unless mentioned otherwise) and full manufacturer's warranty.
Nonetheless, we feel sorry to hear that you are facing an issue with the product and hence we would suggest you to try the below troubleshooting to fix the issue in the Chord - Poly.
Connect the charger to the Chord - Poly only for 20 seconds, then remove the charger for 5 seconds, and again re-connect the charger and leave it on charge. This may ‘jump-start’ the device and the P.status may start glowing.
Also if possible please try with a different charger specifically a 5V charging adapter or directly connecting the USB to your laptop/computer.
