I returned these as they were used and tore from the mesh part as soon as I took them out of the packet, They even smell kind of stale.

Quality of cushions not up to the mark!

I own the V Moda Wireless Crossfade 2 Codex. I purchased the new XL cushions for my headphones since the last pair literally came off due to heavy usage. I noticed a considerable difference in the sound quality when I put the new cushions I purchased from Headphone Zone and I could instantaneously tell you that you could hear more ambient noise from outside and definitely they are not the same quality as the originals when I purchased my V Moda headphones. Noise cancelation does not help to counteract the inflow of external noise. However I must say that they are larger cups and are slightly more comfortable than the original. For me sound quality is very important since I am a musician (Dj & Music Producer). They could have been much better especially from a renowned brand and since we pay premium for these types of headphones just a little disappointed.

Increases the comfort and produces more deeper sound.

The stock cushions of the V-Moda Crossfade LP2 do sound great but comfort wise, they aren't the best. Changing to these stock cushions greatly increases the level of comfort and also produces notable differences in sound, with giving a much deeper flavor of music.

Great add-on

I've been using V-Moda M100 for 4 years now! no complaints and YES, it's built like a tank after all. But, the cushions it came with, started tearing off due to sweat and regular use! So I decided to get the XL memory cushions. Should have purchased long bak! Have more room for my ears now! Distance from drivers and ears increased! so deeper base! I loved this upgrade as well as the 'boom pro mic'!!

This is much better than the original cushions

It does change the sound. Increases the bass, I felt like it muddles the treble a bit. Maybe makes the bass bleed onto the other parts. But it is still better than the originals because the originals were soooo bad in terms of comfort. This actually makes it wearable.

Comfortable and durable

They are really better than regular ones....these are comfortable and covers whole ear and sealed it from sides to provide better bass rumble ... i paired them with v moda lp2 and are worth investing !!
