What does "ships within 24/48 hours" mean?

In a nutshell, ships within 24/48 hours basically means that your product will be shipped out or dispatched from our warehouse within 24/48 hours after placing the order. It also indicates that the products are readily available at our warehouse and once we receive your order, we dispatch it out at the earliest either on the same day or the next working day depending on when you’ve placed your order.

What it does not mean:

A lot of our customers assume that it means their order will get delivered to them within 24/48 hours, but that’s not what it means. For an order to reach you, it can take anywhere up to 3-4 business days, depending on which part of India you are placing an order from.

For an accurate timeline, you can enter your pin code on the product page and check for an estimated date of arrival.

RETURNS & WARRANTY

7 Day Replacement Guarantee

In case you receive the V-MODA - BoomPro X Mic with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you
- The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein)

Isolates voice, but thats about it

I'm pairing this with the Hifiman Deva Pro for mmorpgs and Battle arenas. As a cable, it performs really well, I can notice an improvement in loudness even though it is a trrs single cable, as opposed to the Hifiman's split cable. As a microphone it struggles to match the 1 more Triple IEM's built in mic, although 1more has one of the best mics in its territory a stand alone boom should be running rounds around it right? Wrong!
I like it for the cable and I can put up with the voice isolation, however it is totally not playing its main role as a boom mic. This boom sounds very digital and 2khz-5khz is totally, unfairly uneven. Pretty sure a 500INR worth stand alone mics will fare better than this when it comes to signal strength and voice processing.

Prompt Delivery. Great Mic. Wish it Came with a Case/Pouch

The mic sounds great. I use it with my Sony 1000XM4. I wish it came with a pouch/case though to improve its life since when I'm not using it, I have to store it somewhere, and I also travel my headphones+mic (I take it to work). This becomes even more important point when considering that it's not exactly affordable for a wired mic - especially given that you can get a good mic+headphone for 3k (for e.g., JBL Quantum 100).

Delivery from HeadphoneZone was super prompt. Got it in one weekend. This is a huge deal given that I was unable to find this on any Indian store and was almost gonig to pay extra to get it shipped from USA. I must admit that I first felt this website was a scam (:P) but I'm happy to share that I got a new box, shipped from Chennai in 2 days of making payment.

BoomPro X Mic

The latest BoomPro mic is ergonomically of a poor design.
The mic lock and volume control were of better design on the previous
one.
The latest one has to be seen and operated whereas the old one could be operated by feel.

Good mic for WFH and travel

We usually find good noise canceling headphones that also claim Good mic noise cancellation but are actually highly sensitive. Being someone that cares about reducing noise you prefer to cut it down completely. This mic adds an extremely good value towards that. If you are buying it, make sure your headset has a 3.5 or 2.5 mm jack pin and buy the connector along with the mic if required.
