What does "ships within 24/48 hours" mean?

In a nutshell, ships within 24/48 hours basically means that your product will be shipped out or dispatched from our warehouse within 24/48 hours after placing the order. In case you receive the Tripowin - Zonie (Recessed 2Pin/QDC) with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. Pretty Good Cable

Got this as a replacement for my KZ Z10pro. The packaging is not very inspiring, but plug them in your IEMs and then you realize money is well spent. Sound change over the stocks: the Mids are so much better on these. Adds a little bit more treble (around 10%).

Overall I am happy with the sound. Its like my old IEMs just turned into a new set.

Slightly Improved Sound

2.5mm jack cabel is a very good sound produced and Cabel quality is awesome packing is good delivery is very fast one day delivery.

Astonishing performance - Highly Recommended

I paired it with my KZ ZSN Pro X and Fiio KA3 which has 4.4 mm Balanced output. The minute my favorite song started to play, It was a completely new song, never expected that a balanced cable would bring a whole new experience of listening to music.
The sound stage got wider and wider, the Bass was so peculiar and enjoyable and the level of detailing is unbelievable. Recommend all to upgrade to Balanced cable if your DAC has balanced output.

Tripowin, 3.5mm, QDC cable

I bought this Tripowin 3.5 mm QDC cable as a replacement for the cables that came with myKZ-ZSN-pro X IEM’s. The left channel was having erratic connection.
And boy! Am i glad that i bought these as a replacement -upgrade!
The sound quality is now atleast a couple of notches up. The instrument separation and sound stage have dramatically improved and the IEM’s seem to be at their peak performance after pairing them with the Tripowin cable.
Also, these are more comfortable on the ears than the original cables and i have very little discomfort or pain even after using them for longer periods.
The cable seems to be fairly rugged and i hope it will last longer than the original ones (which were fairly disappointing in terms of build quality)

Finally, thanks to Headphone zone for stocking up on quality products. The packaging and delivery was up to expectations.
