In case you receive the Tripowin - Petrichor with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you

Buy if you plan to switch between 3.5/4.4/2.5

The cable quality is slightly better than the 1500 rs cables, but at the same time not 2x better, so I do find it overpriced, but its probably so because they give you multiple connector tips for 3.5/4.4/2.5. Unless you plan to switch these connectors often, I'd say this isn't worth it.

Nothing wrong with the product itself, it's just the price.

Full Bodied audio with 4.4 balanced

Opted for Tripowin Prtrichor cables for the first time and used it with Truthear Hexa and FiiO KA3. Could immediately find a perceivable difference in the sound. When used with 4.4 balanced output, the audio felt more full bodied.

Only cons are cables though tangle free, Do have some memory of shape and not necessarily free flowing. It's also a tad too gaudy to be used outside. Only, if this would come in Black!!

Convenience to switch between 3.5/4.4/2.5

I have few sources which provide 2.5 mm and 4.4 mm balanced outputs. This cable made it convenient to switch between them. I didn't perceive large difference in the sound quality though.
