Topping introduces the latest desktop power amplifier, the all-new Topping PA5. Topping has designed the PA5 with a self-developed Class D amplification circuit. It uses many novel optimisation technologies to push the performance and output power from the device. As a balanced amplifier, it powers each incoming channel with a separate amplifier chip. As a Class D amp, it uses far less power than Class A amps, making it super-efficient.

Topping PA5's professional design enables it to achieve ultra-low THD+N distortion as well as high SNR(signal-to-noise ratio) ratings. The device has <0.0003% THD+N ratings at 8Ω of load. The output is possible on the speaker terminals. The device houses dual TRS input options selectable via a toggle switch on the front. You can switch between the two inputs via the toggle switch available. The dual inputs connect many sources via TRS balanced inputs. The balanced input connection eliminates potential ground loop problems, providing pristine audio without hum.
