In case you receive the Topping - DX9 with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you

It does Top it all..

I have this in a strange configuration, this drives my RME which acts as a Pre-Amp for me which drives my Emotive DR2 Power amps. I always felt my music was a little bright overall but i was happy. Now i am using my Dx9 as a place to connect all the inputs (my BT device, USB, my CD player via Optical, My Media player via Coax etc..) The good thing is it has XLR line outs which drives my RME which i use to do some room correction. Now what I saw was Dx9 does have a mellow effect which does add warmth to the sound, which i love. I feel like i am hearing all the music again and its like there is something new. Overall great addition. The only thing is the UI of the device which is a little tricky to use , it does not have dedicated buttons for source selection and also some settings are hidden. The displays are really cool and crisp, so i can forgive that. I really feel for the prize i got it for its worth it.. So 5 stars for the product. I do want to add a point out that the BlueDart delivery did not do a good job in the last mile of delivery. There was some confusion in reaching my address which should not have been at all, but i did the product on time and well packed. Please do look into this as this does matter as these are not cheap products.
