In case you receive the Topping - DX1 with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

DISCRETE LNRD CIRCUIT FOR A JITTER-FREE AUDIO EXPERIENCE

The DAC & Amps circuit's components do produce a minimal amount of noise. To reduce the noise introduced by the USB Power, TOPPING has designed a Discrete LNRD "circuit" (Low Noise Reference Driver). The Discrete LNRD circuit filters out the noise and interference of USB 5V power and provides a stable and clean power supply of ultra-low noise reference level for DX1. With this technology, the noise of the DAC part is lower than 2.0uV, and the noise of the AMP part is <1.0uV. Even high-sensitive IEMs will not be bothered by noise. To make the DX1 even more versatile, DX1 has been designed to work effortlessly without requiring an additional power adapter. Only one USB cable can complete the power supply and data transmission.

THE BEST 9000 BUCKS I HAVE SPENT IN MY LIFE!

I am a professional producer, songwriter, mixing & mastering engineer and I already had a variety of headphone amps & DACs in my personal arsenal.

But this product genuinely blew me away, every review on this online was perfectly accurate and to be honest some of them even undercutting it at times on how much of a little crazy beast this is.

I wanted a DAC specifically WITHOUT any filters, pre-determined EQ curve settings like the one on the ifi UNO for example and was looking for something that just gave me a proper accurate output bypassing all audio through it as a one-stop shop sort of thing and this gets the job done to TOTAL and ABSOLUTE PERFECTION.

Speaking of the headphone AMP however on the unit, this is great for up-to 300 ohm impedance headphones only, my trusty Beyerdynamic DT-880 600 ohm can't be driven fully with the power this provides and obviously it's all any USB DAC/Amp can possibly provide through a USB 3.0 connection - this is why I use the fixed output provided in the back (the RCA output) that bypasses the onboard headphone AMP completely (including the volume knob) to use with my powerful LD Systems HPA-4 Headphone Amp that provides more than enough power to drive much higher impedance headphones.

Overall, this is also so tiny and compact, easy to travel with, the build quality is fantastic, I've never been more happier spending my money on products like this that give me incredible performance without altering the sound in anyway.

Met my expectations

I bought Fiio ka3 before, i was totally disappointed with that because i found my laptop headphones jack did well than that then i returned with DX1. It did drive my headphones very well, but only when it turned fully on so pushed to use this device to extreme but it's sounds very nice

Topping DX1

Wire with gain, that is what this usb dac is.Drives both HD 600 and HD 650 to very loud levels. I use it in high gain, volume knob at 9 0 " clock position, beyond 11 it's unberably loud. What ever sound you hear from earphones/headphones , it's the sound signature of the connected earphones/headphones.HD 650 sounds like HD650 with smooth highs and warm midrange. HD 600 sounds flat , a bit boring.
I did try using with mobile phone, it works fine but drains the battery very quickly, strictly for laptop/ desktop use only.
Thanks to Headphone zone for allowing me to sell few of my pre owned products that helped me to purchase DX1.

Topping DX1

Topping DX1 affordable DAC is recommended by HDph Zone with 5 ⭐️ . Purchased it for a desk top setup.
Using it with Spotify and Active monitor set up. Highs are quite crisp and also with good mid range performance . Bass is ok but could be the limitations of the Active speaker pair. It sounds very good for the price and even exceeds in overall performance. There are always some audiophile moments during critical listening sessions. A good buy especially if one is looking for an affordable Chi-Fi DAC. Won’t disappoint.
