However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

FEATURING TRIBRID SPEAKER TECHNOLOGY AND THREE-WAY CROSSOVER THAT DELIVERS BRAIN-MELTING SONIC PERFORMANCE

The ThieAudio Oracle saw great success and is still loved; by audiophiles across the globe. Building on the lineage, ThieAudio wanted to make Oracle even more refined in its audio reproduction leading to the birth of Oracle MKII. The Oracle MKII features tribrid speaker technology, integrating an all-new 10mm liquid crystal polymer (LCP) dynamic driver, 2 Knowles balanced armature drivers, and 2 Sonion electrostatic (EST) ultra-treble tweeters. These five drivers are integrated using a three-way crossover, in which the frequency range of each driver is divided according to their best specifications. ThieAudio's passive crossover solution minimises the total harmonic distortion (THD), ensures the best performance from each driver type, and maximises the clarity of every note across the whole frequency spectrum.

ENCOMPASSED WITH A NEW 10MM LCP DYNAMIC DRIVER FOR UNRIVALLED BASS RESPONSE

While the original Oracle featured a minimal sub-bass response, we wanted to enhance the punchiness and impact of the sub-bass while maintaining the Oracle-Esque neutral midrange. The Oracle MKII has been fitted with a new 10mm LCP dynamic driver. The LCP diaphragm has a much "stronger" surface tension compared to the previous generation of polycarbonate diaphragms utilised in the original Oracle. This architecture translates to faster driver speed, allowing for increases in the power of the sub-bass while preventing bleed into the lows and mids. Through improvements in the sub-bass woofer, the Oracle MKII benefits from a 62.5% increase in the core sub-bass frequencies (measured at 60Hz) - all while having a neutral midrange in the 200 Hz~1kHz bands.

ENGINEERED CROSSOVER TECH FOR CLEAN AND PRECISE AUDIO REPRODUCTION

The soul of the Oracle is monitor-capability. The Oracle MKII stays faithful to this foundation by retaining its near ruler-flat midrange in the 200 Hz~1kHz frequency region. Most in-ear monitors add colour to the sound by failing to properly crossover the bass and mid-treble drivers, resulting in a bloated and muddy midrange. This fault is corrected in the Oracle MKII by implementing a mathematically calculated and electrically engineered crossover solution that precisely cuts the dynamic driver off right as the balanced armature starts. The mids are powered by the same dual Knowles balanced armature drivers featured in the Monarch MKII. By delivering an uncoloured and neutral midrange, your music will finally sound as the studio engineers intended. And for the studio engineers themselves, the Oracle MKII is among the few IEMs that will tonally mimic your studio monitors.

ULTIMATE REFERENCE TOOL WITH AUDIBLE IMPROVEMENTS IN DETAIL, AIR, AND SPEED

The benefit of the Sonion electrostatic (EST) drivers is the enhanced ultra-treble frequency delivery. However, many manufacturers fail to properly integrate the low sensitivity of these drivers into their IEMs, resulting in barely audible improvements. ThieAudio has always been known for its exquisite utilisation of the EST driver, delivering actual treble extensions. The Oracle MKII is no exception, featuring one of the best ultra-treble extensions. The calculated integration of the EST driver fully enhances the frequency spectrum to 40kHz, with audible improvements in detail, air, and speed. One hallmark feature of the EST driver is its unique timbre. While typical balanced armature tweeters produce a textural quality in the treble, EST drivers have a more transparent, almost holographic characteristic that results in open and airy sound. My End Game!

The Thieaudio Oracle Mk2 is the best IEM that I have ever heard. After going through a lot of different IEMs from Sennheiser, Moondrop, westones, others, nothing compares. Thieaudio mid range is unbeatable. The timbre, tonality, natural and realistic vocals and sounds are so amazing and rich. And thankfully they top all of this off by making them fit without strain on your ears unlike the Monarch mk2 and other huge IEMs costing more. I have never experience a perfect IEM up to this point. I didn’t think one existed, honestly. But sitting here weeks into my use of this IEM, there isn’t a single thing I would add or subject from its looks, fit, sound, or presentation. I love this EST drives treble extension…possibly the best in IEMs today. They nailed the extension without going over too much. The details are just next world. It finally feels I’ve experienced a Nirvana. From podcast, Asmr, movies, Hans Zimmer, Boris Brejcha, Future, to Dave Mathew’s band, no matter what you listen to, this IeM will take you into a world you won’t believe.

A Masterpiece

I was debating purchasing a pair of IEMs that was this expensive but I decided to pull the trigger and order it. All credit goes to Crinacle for giving me the review to buy this.
The sound is absolutely phenomenal, the lows are detailed, the mids are in your face sharp and the highs are extremely well detailed. The sound stage could have been wider but the separation of instruments is spot-on. You will want to listen to your favorite tracks again to realize that there was an entire layer you were missing before.
The drawback of course is that any file that is not 24bit 96kHz is going to sound really bad.
If you have the budget then this is a blind buy. I am currently using the Astell and Kern SR25 to listen to music.
