In case you receive the ThieAudio - Monarch MKII with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession

NINE DRIVERS, TRIPLE HYBRID SETUP DELIVERING PRISTINE SOUND

The Monarch MKII offers 2 Electrostatic + 6 Balanced Armatures + 1 Dynamic Driver tribrid setup, featuring three different classes of drivers matched based on their unique functional properties. The sub-bass and bass of the Oracle are powered by an upgraded 10mm composite dynamic driver to produce a richer and more impactful low-frequency. Additionally, two dedicated subwoofer balanced armature drivers were paired with the dynamic driver, bringing about coherency between the lows and the rest of the frequency spectrum. The team at ThieAudio have chosen balanced armature (BA) drivers to reduce the total harmonic distortion (THD) in the mid-range of the frequency spectrum. The latest electrostatic drivers are incorporated into the Monarch MKII, and rearrangement of driver location has minimised unwanted tubing resonance and extended its high-frequency roll-off compared to the original Monarch.

EXPERTLY TUNED TO OFFER A BALANCED AND DEFINED SOUND

The team of acoustic engineers at ThieAudio have pushed the boundaries when it comes to tuning the Monarch MKII. With its triple hybrid and nine driver setup, the Monarch MKII is engineered to deliver balanced audio across the entire frequency spectrum. To bring about a resolution, ThieAudio has slightly decreased the volume of the sub-bass to more appropriate levels, while pushing the low-pass crossover from 150Hz to 200Hz. This change still maintains the clean and punchy subwoofer-like characteristic of the lows that doesn’t muddy the mids but introduces an ever-slightly warm texture to fundamental low-frequency instruments such as the bass guitar. The mid-frequencies between 200Hz and 1kHz are kept ruler-flat neutral, which makes the Monarch MKII an impeccable professional monitoring device. Every aspect of the tuning process has been scrutinised, being meticulously tested by ear and measurement equipment, and are proud to present the perfect vision that is the Monarch MKII.

SILVER-PLATED CABLE WITH 2PIN CONNECTOR FOR CONNECTIVITY

ThieAudio Monarch MKII comes bundled with a state-of-the-art, audiophile-grade, superior quality pure silver OCC cable with improved physical texture using a soft braided paracord material. The Monarch MKII's stock cable still maintains the ultra-pure silver plated 26AWG OCC copper Litz wires, but the additional strand incorporation gives it a slightly meatier feel and a richer sound. Most significantly, this new stock cable features the proprietary "Smart Switch", a new modular plug design, allowing you to choose between 4.4mm balanced, 2.5mm balanced and 3.5mm unbalanced terminations, simply by swapping out the plugs. This reduces the need for bulky adaptors, giving your set-up a more complete look and feel. The 2Pin connectors on the stock cable are also updated to provide a more secure fit with your IEMs. This 2Pin connector allows for easy connectivity and also allows for upgradability in the future.

Simply the Best

This is simply the best an IEM can get. Everything is there, detail (Very good and non-fatiguing), Soundstage( Widest : i have heard on IEM),Bass(Amazing: Not over the top but you can feel the thump),Resolution (Top of the line), Overall tonality : Neutral with bass boost.
Overall didn't find any thing lacking in this iem.

Earlier i had bought Solaris based on positive reviews and my first impression of it was very good, but later after long listening sessions i found out it was overly detail oriented with harsh highs , which was very fatiguing to listen to.
After lots of research i settled on this and 'Monarch' is literally the monarch of iems .After all it is the top of 'Crinacle's IEMs & Earphones Rankings' and for me it is completely true.

Emotional experience

This is how a flagship IEM should sound. Excellend fit and comfort. Realistic timbre, Natural, smooth, emotional sound. Can hear for hours. Able to get all the details with extraordinary instrument separation, wide 3D soundstage. Better than solaris 2020.
