In case you receive the Tanchjim - ORIGIN with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you

Origin of Organic, Dyamic & Acoustic Sound

At first Origin sounded very bassy I was bit disappointed, after 24hr burn in, it opened its box of goodness & presented it me. I used Mojo 2 Dac, Topping D70s Dac with Topping A90 Amp, then recently bought Questyle 12i dongle (Its amazing little dongle), what I was able to hear was, 'Wide Holographic sound stage' in that realm each instrument twinkled here and there. Instrument separation is excellent, its timbre, is very natural, with details & texture, its like you are enveloped by music. The vocals sounded forward natural, with lots texture, detail and expression, I will say vocals are very pleasing, warm, it powerful too, it can stir you up your emotions, its not sibilant or shouty. Highs are not offensive or fatiguing, once again very natural, cymbals shimmer, guitars plucks resonate, please, pleasant & tamed yet not rolled off and dull. Bass is not bloaty, like boomy, its quick, nimble, tidy with plenty of details, bass guitar chords flowing like dark chocolate with plenty of subtle flavour, it has analog sound to it also. I also own Kato, its a wonderful IEM, I still love it! Is origin a upgrade from Kato? Well, I will say its a side grade, what extra you get in Origin over Kato is Bass is more articulate, clean & tidy, bit more clarity and better sound-stage, I will say 15% upgrade. if you feel its worth it for you go head and get your own Origin.

Excellent!

This is the most expensive IEM purchase I have made. Before this I have had Zero 2, Zero Red, Hexa and GATe. Of these, I have not liked Zero2 and Zero Red (already rid of) so that should give an idea of the kind of tuning I prefer before you read the review.

First the accessories. It comes with tuning filters but I doubt I am going to try them as most reviews seem to find no difference and am happy with stock.

Tips included feel premium. Three narrow bore and three wide bore tips are included in S, M and L size. For this IEM, the M and L size tips seem to give a better fit for me. The cable and box also feel premium. No complaints. (Sorry only including IEM picture).

All metal build is excellent and sturdy. Only minor downside is that it is a fingerprint magnet and will pile on scratches if you are not the careful handling type.

Finally the most important, sound!. I settled on this after reading countless reviews of various IEMs, the usual popular ones till 20-22K price point. Neutral/Neutral bright tuning was what I was looking for. I listen to Death and Black metal pretty much 99% of the time.

Even though it does not measure or graph as bassy, it has a bass thump on certain tracks I was not expecting. Quite nice. This is not for bass heads though and they should stay away. Spoiling good things with excessive bass, urgh!!. Treble extension is good and it does not sound dark. I initially started with the idea of getting an ER2SE but decided against it as I definitely did not want anything tuned to the dark side :). Mid range could be brought up a teensy bit may be.

Overall quite satisfied with the default tuning and no need for EQ. Definitely recommend if you know what you want and are getting into.
