Audio quality is excellent. Sony app has lot of optimisation features including automatic ambient mode when on the move. DSEE is good feature if listening to the compressed audio files. Call quality is pathetic when in the noisy environment. Plugs feel unstable in the ear.

this is my 2nd Earbud. previously i was using crossbeats torq which i use to listen at 40% VOLUME. This sony earbud, i can comfortably listen at 80% volume as its little less as compare to other. Quality of sound is surprisingly clear. the instument, vocal, bass are perfectly balanced. its 3d audio gives a 360 degree surround sound with wich u will get immerse in your favourite song. call quality is decent as i use it in my cabin which doesnt have any major noise. active noise cancellation works pretty well. the software that sony provides, that will auto adjust ambient of sound. that software is pretty handy. summary - go for it

These earbuds perform horribly when stacked against their competitors. I used to own elite 2 of jabra but never had such poor audio quality on calls. These claim of noise cancellation but even with the feature turned on, the other person gets to hear so much background. I regret paying 9k. To make matters worse these aren’t even comfortable even with those ear tips. Expected better from Sony. If you have an opportunity buy jabra or sennheiser for that matter rather than these.
