A Pre-order product is a product that we especially order for you from the brand. Once you place an order with us, we will order it from the brand for you.

2. How do I know when the product will be delivered?
There is a rough timeline on the product availability and once it has been confirmed with the brand, we will inform you.

3. Do you order the product from the brand as soon as I place the order?
We do not immediately order the product but add it in the upcoming order.

4. Will you be giving me updates?
Once we have ordered the product and have a confirmed timeline, we will give you an update.

5. I’d like to make changes to/cancel my order?
You can only cancel/make changes to your order until we place the order with the brand. Since the product is specifically being ordered for you, we will be unable to cancel/make changes once we order the product from the brand.

In case you receive the Singxer - SA-1 with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you
- The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein)

PURE CLASS-A ANALOG AMPLIFIER

Singxer SA-1 hosts a true four-way fully independent, fully discrete Class A amplifier circuit design with a pure analog amplifier circuit and pure analog control. This eliminates EMI (Electro-Magnetic Interference) interference caused by digital control, to faithfully restore the original flavour of your music. The SA-1 offers superb amplification, surprisingly low noise floor, and minimal distortion. It’s a great choice for anyone looking to move to a high-end balanced amplifier that can double as a preamp.

FULLY INDEPENDENT CLASS AB ARCHITECTURE WITH MULTI-STAGE CURRENT AMPLIFICATION

The amplifier circuit in the Singxer SA-1 adopts the class AB architecture developed by the engineers at the company. The differential input transistor adopts ROHM's ultra-low noise audio dedicated transistor. The transistors are purchased in large quantities and then selected by manual precision matching to ensure the consistency of the differential transistor. For other transistors, we use SMD twin transistors with excellent consistency to ensure better performance. The final output circuit uses multi-stage current amplification, similar to the architecture of a high-power amplifier. Each channel uses 2 pairs of ON Semiconductor's 4A mid-power transistor to output in parallel to ensure low enough internal resistance and strong driving force; it can be done calmly even in large dynamics.

IMMACULATE SIGNAL REPRODUCTION EVEN WITH THE MOST DEMANDING HEADPHONES

The Singxer SA-1 chipset features high-quality components that enable the device to provide a clean output with ultra-low harmonic distortion and noise. The output has a THD+N rating of -120dB @ 1kHz A-weighting. The output has a super-low noise floor. At low gain, the bottom noise is 300nv RMS A weighted and at maximum output, SNR and DNR are 147db. Even with sensitive pairs of IEMs and Headphones, there is no sign of distortion or noise. All you get is a dark background where the minutest of musical details pop out making the output full of life.

The Singxer SA-1 can be used as a headphone amplifier or preamplifier. As a headphone amplifier, it supports balanced XLR input, RCA input on the back panel, and three outputs on the front panel: 4-pin balanced XLR, balanced 4.4, and single-ended 6.35. As a preamplifier, it supports balanced XLR input, RCA input, and two outputs: balanced XLR and RCA.

Singxer sa1

A hyped product by some youtubers paved the way to this amp purchase which by no means is a bad product but didn't get me excited. The amp volume has to be cranked up to get some excitement running through you ie. Almost 5 o clock position on the knob and that too on high gain.Ran it for 50hrs on Aunex8 dac ,now will hav to try t out on Topping D90SE .
