In case you receive the Shure - RMCE-UNI with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you
- The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein)

Works flawlessly with my Shure SE535

I own the Shure SE535 earphones. It is one of my prized possessions and listening to music on them is an absolute joy. I bought this cable because I wanted something that I could use to take phone/conference calls while listening to music. Yes, I WFH due to Corona. Instead of buying new earphones, I invested in this cable.

Installation: Installing it into my SE535s was a breeze and it snapped into place with a satisfying click.

Audio quality, phone calls, and controls: The audio quality is the same as it was with the original cable (at least I have not been able to perceive a difference). The music controls (volume-up, volume-down, next track, previous track, play, and pause) work perfectly with Android and iOS phones which I confirmed by testing with my OnePlus 7 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro mobile phones. I must use the Android/iOS selector switch behind the control unit on this cable. I tested the cable for phone calls and my voice came across loud and clear as confirmed by the other party. I could hear them very clearly too.

Build quality: The cable's build quality is sturdy. The original cable I got with my SE535s is a Kevlar-reinforced one and this is not. The difference is visible but trust me, this is a sturdy cable that doesn't get tangled and has no to very low Microphonics (the sound created when an audio cable is touched or the cable rubs against a surface like clothing). This cable also has the required memory wire that goes around the ear.

Summary - this cable has upped the utility of my SE535s as I get the same pristine quality of music I love with the added benefit and convenience of taking phone/conference calls. All this at a discounted and best price of Rs. 3,999/- from Headphonezone.in, a site I like and trust! 100% recommended if you own any of the Shure SE series earphones.
