We do not immediately order the product but add it in the upcoming order.

5. I’d like to make changes to/cancel my order?
You can only cancel/make changes to your order until we place the order with the brand. Since the product is specifically being ordered for you, we will be unable to cancel/make changes once we order the product from the brand.

In case you receive the Shanling - EA5 with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you
- The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein)

Any device that acts as a digital sound source will need a DAC to convert digital audio to analog. A DAC converts the digital information stored in “0s and 1s” into an analog signal that's passed to speakers or headphones and ultimately our ear. HI-RES CERTIFIED DEVICE EQUIPPED WITH AKM DAC CHIP FOR A PRISTINE AUDIO

To ensure optimal conversion of music and digital sources, the Shanling EA5 is equipped with an AKM4493 DAC. This DAC chip model is selected for its optimal support for PCM streams up to 32 bits / 768 kHz, as well as DSD512 and MQA files. Shanling EA5 support 8X MQA playback from locally stored files, streaming apps and over USB input. The Shanling EA5 is a Dual Hi-Res Audio certified device and is the perfect device for enjoying very detailed audio reproduction. To maximise listening precision, the Shanling EA5 Streaming Music Center amplifier combines its DAC with a KDS Crystal clock to limit jitter, for smoother and purer reproduction.

OFFERS DUAL AMPLIFICATION STAGES WITH A PURE CLASS D ARCHITECTURE

The Shanling EA5 features a powerful stereo amplifier that delivers 50 Watts of output power at 4 Ohms. The amplification stage of the Shanling EA5 operates in class D and combines high-quality components, including Panasonic Tantalum Polymer capacitors, High Precision Thin Film Resistor, CPAF low-pass filtering technology and Abletec ALC0100 module capable of delivering dynamic and transparent audio. Connect your conventional Hi-Fi speakers to the EA5 and enjoy music in excellent sound quality. In addition to its speaker outputs, the Shanling EA5 also has an OP+BUF audio architecture for headphone output in 6.35mm jack format. This output is associated with an amplification stage exclusively dedicated to power headphones. This stage consists of a Texas Instruments TPA6120A2 chip per channel to provide a very high power capable of powering any headphones. A four-level gain is also offered to maximise the power supply of high impedance headphones.

ENJOY HI-RES STREAMING VIA BLUETOOTH AND WI-FI DUAL-BAND CONNECTIVITY

The Shanling EA5 can stream music wirelessly to Bluetooth headphones or earphones. To do this, it has a Bluetooth controller that can broadcast music in Bluetooth LDAC and aptX HD, which allows you to take advantage of high-speed transmission. This Bluetooth module is reversible, allowing music to be played on the Shanling EA5 from a smartphone, tablet, computer or any other Bluetooth source. Thanks to its dual WiFi and Ethernet network controller, the Shanling EA5 can play all your music shared on the local network, whether from a NAS server or a computer. It also allows you to access online music services including Tidal, Spotify, Apple Music, Qobuz, Deezer and Amazon Music applications. In addition to online music services and DLNA, the Shanling EA5 Streaming Music Center connected amplifier can also receive music in AiPlay from any Apple device.
