Never buy products from Sennheiser

I purchased Sennheiser - MOMENTUM True Wireless 3 and they stopped working after 3 months usage. Hardly used them. Sound quality is good but what is the use if poor quality build and do not work as expected. Service center is closed in Bangalore for Sennheiser. Worst experience and lot of issues with these buds. "Chale to Chandrayan tak nahi to Shaam tak" turned out be true statement for my experience. The Sennheiser contact center number never works [1800223632].

Right earbud stopped working after a few months. Same issue for the replacement.

I can not give this product a positive review. While the sound is good, the product itself is faulty. My right earbud stopped working after 6 months, and I had to send it to the customer support for replacement. The replacement I got worked for 3 months and today the same issue happened again. The right bud will not turn on. Many people have the same issues with the right bud not working, please do a google search and you will see.

Sennheiser MTW3. QUALITY.

After a bad experience with defective Jabra Elite 7 active, which was promptly dealt with by HZ, I decided to go with a brand I know and trust. Glad I did. The fit, which is different for everyone, suits me just fine. Secure, comfortable and easy to insert, the buds don’t protrude beyond the outline of my ears. The fins work really well to keep things in place.
After I gave them a good 24 hrs of burn in, I felt the sound quality had improved markedly and I am very impressed with the performance over a broad range of genres from electro to vocals, although some might feel the bass is a little subdued. The app can make some subtle changes, but it’s not as good as the Jabra app. The touch controls work well, but can be a little sensitive, so you have to take care when holding them to adjust their position, which we all have to do from time to time. ANC is tough to quantify, but I’d estimate a 50% reduction in outside noise, which I’m sure would be improved with some Comply foams as the passive isolation isn’t that good with the supplied silicone tips. Given the cost of these buds, some foam tips would have been a nice to have.
Overall I’m very pleased with my purchase and the outstanding customer focus of HZ.

An upgrade worthy enough from the Sennheiser Momentum TWS 1or2!!!

As someone upgrading from the TWS one, It's a huge leap in terms of battery, features, fit & overall sound performance from the earbuds. The case is now more compact enough alongside the sleek & compact re-design of the buds themselves. Battery performance is now stellar in comparison to the often negatively critiqued TWS one in this area. Sure shot buy for anyone upgrading from the previous gen's and also for the new comers who appreciates Sennheiser's audiophile quality signature warm and smooth balanced sound as well!.
