In case you receive the Noble Audio - XM-1 with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you

The newly designed XM 1 aims to present audiophile-grade sound quality when paired with your smartphone without having to connect with additional setups of DAC & Amps. Noble Audio has brought to light the XM 1, with key factors to supply you with an IEM that provides a convenient user experience and a quality product. The XM 1 comes bundled with a high-quality cable with 4-pin connectors and features USB-C termination. The shell of the Noble Audio XM 1 equips the industrial design aesthetics, which contributes to the durability factor.

The Noble Audio XM 1 houses an 8.3mm dynamic driver and a hybrid 2-way configuration of xMEMS Cowell. We know until now, the xMEMS technology was limited due to the need for a specialised high-bias amplifier. So Noble Audio took a step ahead and incorporated a high-bias amplifier into the XM 1, which eliminates the need for additional equipment to experience its complete advantage. These two together aim to deliver crystal clear mids and highs with powerful bass in your music listening experience. The MEMS and the dynamic driver work in harmony to provide you with an exceptional sound performance.

Exceptional sound, great separation, and wide soundstage!

I almost always forget that it's a lot about the tips! Even after 30 odd IEMs I always forget. These were crap with the standard tips changed the tips and one of the nicer IEMs after Dita Audio Project M, Mega5EST and 64Audio Volur. I had no idea that these were a combination of both XMEMs and conventional drivers, I got to know only after getting these and reading the specifications on the box. I have no idea how XMEMS work and how they differ from regular drivers but for most genres these came across as detail monsters - crisp highs, great clear mids, thumping bass, good seperation and exceptionally wide soundstage. And to me these are much much better than the Noble Audio Spartacus which gives me an ear ache with 30 minutes of listening. The design of these are thoughtfully done and they aren't anywhere as large as the Spartacus. The cable is very robust but wish it was longer. Very happy with the purchase and will recommend to anyone looking for a USB-C IEM.
