MOONDROP PRESENTS THEIR ALL-NEW QUARKS DSP EARPHONES

Moondrop is known for designing some of the most elegant-looking and spectacular-sounding in-ear monitors. The original Quarks was revolutionary and was known for its excellent sound quality. But it still needed improvement and a range of application scenarios, which just needed some modification. Moondrop engineers went ahead with this concept which gave birth to the all-new Quarks DSP (Digital Signal Processing). Quarks DSP, which changed to a USB-C port, not only modified the interface but upgraded the signal input from the analogue input of the earphone interface to digital. The decoding and amplification are "integrated" with the chip of the USB-C port, with the DSP integration. The all-new Quarks DSP is a more cost-effective alternative than TWS under sound quality, delay, and power consumption. Moondrop went ahead with a completely different approach while designing the all-new Quarks DSP(Digital Signal Processing). There is no need to attach an external DAC or amplifier to the new Quarks DSP because it already has Digital Signal Processing built-in.

FEATURES A 6MM DYNAMIC DRIVER THAT DELIVERS SPECTACULAR SONIC PERFORMANCE

The all-new Quarks DSP adopts a 6mm diameter miniature external magnetic circuit architecture dynamic driver. It also hosts an external magnetic circuit composed of high-performance neodymium magnets and magnetic conductive parts, which provide excellent dynamics, lower nonlinear distortion and the punchiest bass response. The diaphragm is made of high-performance polymer materials with toughness and compliance, which are repeatedly adjusted for the cavity structure to obtain excellent linear distortion performance. SECOND-GENERATION SOUND FILTER OFFERS A MORE NATURAL AND ENJOYABLE LISTENING EXPERIENCE

The front cavity of Quarks DSP hosts a second-generation patented anti-blocking sound filter, which improves durability and reduces the possibility of imbalance due to earwax. Moondrop adopted a double damping structure, using two materials with different acoustic resistance characteristics to filter the mid-highs frequencies. This design offers very smooth mid-highs frequency response characteristics eliminating treble ringing, which is difficult to be cleared by DSP, making the sound more natural and enjoyable. Quarks DSP follows the enclosed front cavity design of Quarks. It can isolate external noise so you can listen to music at a lower volume which reduces the adverse effects at a higher volume.

BUILT-IN DSP WITH TYPE-C TERMINATION FOR EXCEPTIONAL SOUND AND EASY COMPATIBILITY

Moondrop Quarks DSP features a versatile USB Type-C connection port which can be connected to phones, laptops, and computers. It not only gets a modified connection interface but also has upgraded signal input via integrated DSP adjustments. Moondrop has accurately revised the frequency response of the Quarks DSP by finely adjusting the digital DSP filter. It is tuned to bring a significant improvement over the OG model. There is no delay and no signal transmission loss in the Quarks DSP.
