In case you receive the Moondrop - Chu II (Unboxed) with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

sound is good but 0.78mm 2 pin is fragile

However, a notable consideration is its 0.78mm 2-pin connector. While the detachable design allows for cable upgrades, the connector feels somewhat delicate. This fragility may be a concern for users who require durability in everyday or on-the-go use, as it demands careful handling to maintain the connection.

Really Worth the Hype

Looking for a beginner IEM, end your search and order these. WORTH ALL THE HYPE. safely the Under 2K King. Just... Don't expect Ear splitting Bass.
The Sound stage is.. OK, Not very wide but wide enough. The Mids, especially the female vocals are very bright. Also, strong male vocals, like Sukhwinder Ji sound blissful. THe treble response is beautiful. Bass is pretty clean ... also, it's not 'in your face' bass.
All in all, Probably the best you can get for the price. Better than any 5k TWS.

Enjoying it

My second IEM. Chu 2 is my everyday listen now. Love the compact design than my first IEM (KZ EDX Pro). Sounds good. Still exploring on how to listen the music. Enjoying it. Some songs I feel the trebble is disturbing. I go to the apple music and try to add a different version of the song.
