In case you receive the Marshall - Kilburn II with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. Disappointed with the price

Bought it for 23999/- and then came to know the it is getting sold for 19999/- on other websites. Had a conversation with Headphone zone team regarding the issue . But It ended up no good.
Soon after a day of our conversation, the prices at headphone zone dropped to 19999/- too.

You can't go wrong with this one

Crazy lows and mids. Highs are just 1 small point shy of being crazy. What wins me is the fact that being an audio company they only worked on whats important, i.e. the audio and not on useless features like the ability to use the speaker as a power bank. Also, they are giving AptX, which not many (I think no one else) is giving (and I genuinely don't understad why not).

Defective product

Received a faulty unit wherein the screw nuts holding the “removable strap” fell inside the unit and interfered with the sub woofer rendering both, the speakers and strap useless.

Killburn II kills and burns competition.

Kilburn II is miles ahead of other BT speakers. Crisp high notes and punchy bass, seriously wasn’t expecting such a stellar performance from it, also huge THANKS to Headphone Zone, for providing timely delivery, and such a safe packaging, the unboxing experience was a delight.
