In case you receive the KZ - ZS10 Pro X (Unboxed) with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you
- The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein)

Why KZ zs10 pro x = fruit salad

So.
KZ zs10 pro x iems
Took my time to write a review (apologies Raghav) as they deserved the time and respect.
Boldly speaking, all headphones can be made to give you your preferred sound with equalisation.
The difference lies in the potential. Hence not all headphones are equal in terms of technology, design, comfort, price and ultimately sound. Which is their sole purpose of existence.
Back to the KZs.
Bought these after careful research, as unfortunately was not able to hear them before purchase.
Fortunately my research was fruitful. In fact, was a complete, yummy, soul satisfying fruit salad. What these offer are justice to all frequencies. And then separation and sound stage imaging (here's where different h'phones differ).
The sound is balanced, sweet and mainly to my liking.
Pat on the back to myself for this decision and huge kudos to the Headphonezoners for an amazingly good, efficient service!
Why 4 stars and not 5? For the hunger to keep innovating!

With plenty of research and a budget i had to go in for the KZ and Go Link.
The first tryst with an IEM and DAC was simply a feeling of amazement. Just felt like kicking myself for missing this treat for so long. Audiophile or not I recommend this combo to all beginners to get a taste of the unadulterated. Let the MUSIC begin.

Let me preface this by saying I am not an audiophile. I generally preferred sennheisers and RHA because of their no questions asked 2 year warranty 😅 since I used to wear them out frequently and one side would generally fail. I came across KZ through AliExpress first and once headphone zone started carrying them I decided to try them out and I got a KZ ZEX which has hybrid drivers and the difference was evident. I could make out the different instruments in the song which was generally muddled if that makes sense in other brand of earphones.

KZ ZS10 Pro X is just a much more amplified version of that experience for me and I would whole heartedly recommend this IEM. I use them with a DAC, apple music(with lossless quality enabled) or poweramp music player.
