In case you receive the Koss - Porta Pro with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you

So I bought this pair to gift it to someone. He's been loving it since. Koss porta pro is truly a budget audiophile headphone. The fact that it comes with a lifetime warranty is a welcome extra. The Legend

The Koss Porta Pro is a veritable legend in the head-fi realm; I've not come across such unanimous adoration for any other headphone or IEM, probably with the exception of HD600/650/6XX. And the Porta Pro does live up to its reputation. Unbeatable sound at this price. Balanced, crisp & clear and thoroughly engaging. The slender build, light but not flimsy, adds to the comfort. Absolutely no complaints.

Perfect headphones to start your journey of an audiophile. Very light weight, tiny and comfortable. What I absolutely love is the mids are very well detailed. Just connect it to an amp/dac and you will find yourself in the glorious world of music.

Small Wonder

This is the most portable and easy-to-drive headphone that I've bought. Treble extension is decent for the price. But what really impressed me was the well-detailed mids, making it great for vocals without causing fatugue. The bass is thumpy (although a little too much for my preferred genres), but it does the job. Besides, for more analytical listening I do own other cans that would obliterate it in detail retrieval, but that's not what the Porta Pro's are made for!!! Its made for comfort and convenience, and in that respect it gets straight A's IMO.
It's so comfortable and light that you'd forget that you're even wearing them.
One possible deal-breaker: Sound leakage on these is REAL. But what can you expect considering its design? It wasn't a deal-breaker for me, but it could be for some. Just putting it out there.
So, if your priority is convenience and you want a pair of on-ears for when you're on and about, these fit the bill.
